Really appreciate Jaleel Liaqat (Lettings Negotiator) help on acquiring flat, he had been professionally guiding step after step right from viewing arrangement to viewing, understanding personal situation, forwarding it to landlord, then referencing to until I ended up getting the flat. All this went smoothly compared to other agencies I had tried previously. Was really struggling to have a flat for the past months before getting in touch with Cameron Estate agents. A good experience first time. I give 5-stars.

GoogleMy experience with Cameron Real Estate Agency has been nothing short of exasperating. For over three weeks, our designated parking slot has been consistently occupied by someone else. Despite our numerous attempts to seek assistance, the agency's response has been both inadequate and frustrating. Not only do they redirect us in circles to different agencies without resolution, but when we specifically asked them to provide proof that this parking slot belongs to our property, they have failed to take any action. This level of inefficiency paints a concerning picture of their professionalism and commitment to customer service. It's disheartening to be met with such negligence when trying to address a straightforward issue.

Your property manager is and has been trying to resolve this issue by speaking with the owner, the block management and parking enforcement company to which you have been made aware of. 1st of all the advice given by Ketan Tailor in renting out my property was 2nd to none it was incredible how his years of experience culminated in me not only getting suitable tenants but also having much much less to worry about when we got rid of all the furniture. we not only had full time support from Ketan but also from his team of Nicola & Mayaa along with now Michelle They are always available & I have gone for full management so I now have no headaches or worries as I did previously with 2 sets of other tenants which ultimately ended up costing me money.! they came highly recommended from my daughter & she was right I am very pleased with the Service they all provide so efficiently & quickly.

GoogleProfessionally managed agency with skilled staff in this area, letting agent clearly stated all the formal procedures and offered completed documents which are easy to understand and follow. While you might have to slightly given up some flexibility due to the strictly standard rules, I am appreciated the effort of Cameron to resolve various issues which Jaleel and Scott are easily reachable. You would get what you required and can truly rely on their trustworthy credits.
