GoogleAs a business ourself we realise lifetime values of our customers, and repeat customers through providing excellent service. I’ve been a strong advocate of the group first model for some time. However after leaving our small office in business first they have found a small rub mark on the wall. And want to charge me for a full paint job. Lady at the desk, unhelpful and not friendly in the slightest, next manger up not wanting to know and standing behind T&Cs. I’ve not left a bad review before, this is my first which should highlight my frustration and disappointment. I’ll be pulling all my money and customers that we have in group first out as it’s under the same umbrella. Shocking in my opinion, just printing money and have no care for there customers once they are leaving. Our business was a small sweet shop in this occasion and we even put shelves in the middle of the room to avoid any damage to walls. Unbelievably poor customer relations.
