We recently relocated here from a Town Centre location and the transition was seamless. It is more affordable and well maintained. The offices are well serviced and there are even extra events for the tenants. The Centre Manager Rachel is friendly, knowledgeable and a great first contact. I would happily recommend any business looking for serviced offices to consider here.

I have been in the burnley offices for 13 years (possibly one of the longest tenants!) And this place is amazing. I always feel safe and secure working late there is someone on reception to greet my clients plenty of parking good facilities and you can decorate your office how you like so mine has pink and blue walls to make it inviting for children. You wont find anywhere better than here for value and facilities for your business

3 month half price and very reasonable prices afyer that. Location is OK with easyish access to the motorway. The downside is the walls are very thin, so you can hear what's going on in the next office, although this could be down to my neighbours having very loud voices.

Rachel has always been very helpful and has got to be very competent at what she does. When entering the office Rachel at the desk always has a smile on her face and greets me well. Oh dear.... unless you have no other choice then take my advice - stay well clear ! Nobody on Reception, the company I was visiting didn't appear on the list of tenants on the Reception Desk, so I couldn't contact anyone to come to deal with me. Eventually I contacted the Bolton Office (of the Company I was visiting....as that was the only contact number I had) and after 40 minutes a really nice Lady came to the Reception Desk and I finally got sorted, but once bitten twice shy....I won't be going back there again.......let's hope I never need to.

As a business ourself we realise lifetime values of our customers, and repeat customers through providing excellent service. I’ve been a strong advocate of the group first model for some time. However after leaving our small office in business first they have found a small rub mark on the wall. And want to charge me for a full paint job. Lady at the desk, unhelpful and not friendly in the slightest, next manger up not wanting to know and standing behind T&Cs. I’ve not left a bad review before, this is my first which should highlight my frustration and disappointment. I’ll be pulling all my money and customers that we have in group first out as it’s under the same umbrella. Shocking in my opinion, just printing money and have no care for there customers once they are leaving. Our business was a small sweet shop in this occasion and we even put shelves in the middle of the room to avoid any damage to walls. Unbelievably poor customer relations.

Be very wary of receiving water drainage bills on top of the rent you pay to these guys. I got a bill for £160 as soon as I moved in from Waterplus. Make sure you add these onto whatever the office costs are as these were not mentioned to me upon signing my lease agreement.
