GoogleBeen here for a few years now, facilities are perfect, modern and cater for all. Hannah the Centre manager is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Moreover the location is excellent for the motorway network. Highly recommended.

GoogleI have been in placement within the Business First Centre for 2 years now and have been on 2 seperate floors due to our own company expansion and can say I have been very impressed with the facilities and how Business First have reacted to change (extended car park etc) Hannah on reception is very helpful and looks after everyone with the upmost care and attention. I could not recommed a work place more highly.

GoogleIt's a great business centre, with great facilities and handy conference rooms, and the manager Hannah is amazing and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The other tenants are great too and the centre has a friendly atmosphere.

GoogleGreat facilities at Blackpool - clean and airy offices with good meeting facilities. Excellent value for money. Hannah, the office manager, is really helpful and always on hand to help with meeting room bookings or any other support you might need.

GoogleHi from eyevis UK, we have been in the Business First for just over 12 months and have now renewed a longer term contract, facilities are excellent and all our UK & overseas visitors comment on the quality, & the centre staff are very helpful and responsive.

GoogleBe very wary of receiving water drainage bills on top of the rent you pay to these guys. I got a bill for £160 as soon as I moved in from Waterplus. Make sure you add these onto whatever the office costs are as these were not mentioned to me upon signing my lease agreement.

Hi Ben, upon checking the agreement you signed from 28th September 2015, I can see in the notes section it states 'Water rates payable by tenant directly to United Utilities'. We thank you for your tenancy and review.

GoogleI hot desked here for a few days with my colleague last year. The price was very cheap, we had everything included (even the tenants gym/parking/kitchens), we were well looked after and even got a view overlooking the canal.
