GoogleSPAM and SCAMMERS. DODGIEST COMPANY EVER. WILL COLD CALL AND NUISANCE CALL. WILL SELL YOUR DETAILS. THEY WILL TRY TO AVOID GIVING YOU THEIR NAME! STAY WELL AWAY FROM UNPROFESSIONAL IDIOTS

GoogleCan't give zero but would if I could. If these people call you, hang up it will save you lots of aggrevation. Misleading, untruthful and ignorant when you are trying to ask why the deals you told were cheaper are actually horrendous, expensive and long term. Hopefully legislation will come in to close down businesses like this but till then beware.

GoogleNice offices but sadly nowhere near enough parking spaces for the number of businesses in the building, With no public transport and double yellow lines around the building, the traffic wardens are making a fortune.
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
Hello, thank you for reviewing our Blackpool office space, we really do appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, the local council has heavily restricted the area around our centre recently, which we are disappointed to say has affected our tenants and their guests. We understand the council may be implementing public transport in this area due to the fact it is within the Enterprise Zone, and therefore a busy part of town - however, but we are yet to have confirmation of this. Hopefully, the situation will improve as a result of this.

GoogleGood facilities but office walls very thin and 100% not enough car parking spaces, so enjoy getting a £70 parking ticket on your visit.

Hi there, thank you so much for taking the time to post a review of our Blackpool offices. The local council has heavily restricted the area around our centre recently, so we are extremely sorry to hear you have suffered the consequences of this.

GoogleDifficult to get in the building, touch pad you need to be really tough with and once in no-one seemed to care or make an effort to be polite. There was no one on reception so there not to blame.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear you struggled to get into the building. Our centre managers are there to help all tenants and guests, so they are not always able to be on reception which is why we have clear instructions on how to find the relevant company if the desk is unattended. We hope to see you again soon and ensure you have a more positive experience of our Blackpool business centre.
