GoogleI just completed on a property in Poole. The whole process was made easier by Shannon and Kate, the 2 agents from Brown and Kay. Whenever there was a hold up with the purchase they advised what the issue was and contacted the relevant party's solicitor. If Shannon was out of the office then Kate was there on the phone to assist. Thank you Shannon and Kate.

FacebookWe brought our dream home from Mark @ Brown and Kay Westbourne branch and received outstanding service! Mark is not only a brilliant estate agent, but a really lovely man! Always more than happy to help, gave us great advice and support and don't even get me started on that smile! So lovely to meet and deal with such a friendly, honest man who not only knows his stuff but also knows all the emotions that go with buying and selling homes! (ours was very stressful for a number of reasons, but Mark did his upmost to keep it all afloat!) One of the things we loved about Mark was that he would pick up the phone and call as opposed to waiting for emails, this was so helpful as time was of the essence for the whole chain. We moved in just before Christmas and couldn't be happier! Thank you Mark and team for everything you did! We highly recommend Brown and Kay Westbourne, such a lovely bunch!

GoogleWe had a really good experience with B&K. (we bought from them). They were very responsive, quick and effective in getting the deal done initially (Mark) and then when the sale started to drag along (because of an extended chain), Kate got involved and drove the whole thing to the finish line. It was a bit of a rollercoaster but we were delighted when it all came together. Would definitely use them again...

GoogleKim Fishlock was really helpful. First time renting myself and provided a 5 star service. Not only did they book us in that was conveient time for us but they also went above and beyond. They supported us through every silly question i asked. Estate agents normally make it really difficult but it was such a easy process with the support they provided. Would certianly reccomend Brown and Kay for anyone that is looking for a home.

So the most valuable thing that a really good estate agent brings to the table is the ability to communicate to their sellers the true current market conditions and a reality based plan of action to sell your home for the absolute maximum that the current market allows... That has certainly been our experience working with Stephen Kay and his wonderful team in Westbourne. Great premium listing exposure via Rightmove and social media, constant weekly updates through email, text and verbally specifying the actions taken to market the property and giving details of who has been shown the home and their conclusions afterwards, all this leading to a successful and timely sale. We will also be using their property management services for our soon to be purchased income properties which I know they will handle equally well. Thanks again to Stephen and his team in Westbourne, Bournemouth Branch
