We brought our dream home from Mark @ Brown and Kay Westbourne branch and received outstanding service! Mark is not only a brilliant estate agent, but a really lovely man! Always more than happy to help, gave us great advice and support and don't even get me started on that smile! So lovely to meet and deal with such a friendly, honest man who not only knows his stuff but also knows all the emotions that go with buying and selling homes! (ours was very stressful for a number of reasons, but Mark did his upmost to keep it all afloat!) One of the things we loved about Mark was that he would pick up the phone and call as opposed to waiting for emails, this was so helpful as time was of the essence for the whole chain. We moved in just before Christmas and couldn't be happier! Thank you Mark and team for everything you did! We highly recommend Brown and Kay Westbourne, such a lovely bunch!

I just completed on a property in Poole. The whole process was made easier by Shannon and Kate, the 2 agents from Brown and Kay. Whenever there was a hold up with the purchase they advised what the issue was and contacted the relevant party's solicitor. If Shannon was out of the office then Kate was there on the phone to assist. Thank you Shannon and Kate.

Kim Fishlock was really helpful. First time renting myself and provided a 5 star service. Not only did they book us in that was conveient time for us but they also went above and beyond. They supported us through every silly question i asked. Estate agents normally make it really difficult but it was such a easy process with the support they provided. Would certianly reccomend Brown and Kay for anyone that is looking for a home.

You cannot trust this agency. They sound very helpful when you speak to them, but they are deceitful. My house sale had 'fallen through' and they didn't even tell me - I wondered why the sale was taking so long and only found out on the final week of my sale (from my Solicitor) that it was a different buyer!!

We had a really good experience with B&K. (we bought from them). They were very responsive, quick and effective in getting the deal done initially (Mark) and then when the sale started to drag along (because of an extended chain), Kate got involved and drove the whole thing to the finish line. It was a bit of a rollercoaster but we were delighted when it all came together. Would definitely use them again...

They lack the human touch. I found a property to rent from them. When my partner and I split up and I was due to attend hospital they went about securing my ex to take over tenancy even though they knew I was due for an operation. They don't care about people's feeling or have the human touch, they don't know how to treat people. They even went as far as trying to conceal that my ex was taking over the tenancy. All that matters to Brown and Kay are the £ signs. If that means your out on the street, operation or not - so be it.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this letting agent to let out your property, they DO NOT care who they put into the properties they are managing. As long as the rent gets paid, they DO NOT care about how much the tenants plague the lives of other nearby residents and as long as the property looks good on inspection day they DO NOT care how badly it is treated the other 180 days of the tenancy. For example, following their inspection last week, one of the six kids that lives in the house has ripped off the guttering trying to climb onto the roof, they have been informed but they really aren't interested.

Awful letting agent they don't answer e-mails or return telephone calls and do not care that tenants damage their rental property. Even when they are informed of such damage they do not inform the landlord of either the damage or the many complaints lodged against the tenants.
