Our experience buying with Bovis Homes was flawless. We initially viewed a house in the Kingsgrove development, it was the first viewing we ever had as first time buyers - and every other viewing (of new build and older houses) following this, fell short of our experience with Bovis. The Sales representative - David, made us feel welcome and supported through the entire process. Cut to four months later, we are now in the house and still receive the same level of excellent customer care as we did from day one - wouldn’t change a thing !

Thus, helped by really great sales consultants (special thanks to Sylwia who was really 5 star), you are taken through each step and the quality of the build process and the way everything is managed gives a real confidence that you are buying a great new home. Altogether a system that helps you every step of the way.

Just used Bovis Homes in Sawtry to buy my daughter’s first home. All the staff were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to accommodate all our wishes. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and we were kept in the loop every step of the way. We dealt with Matt Earith, Sales Consultant the majority of the time. He made the house buying process a breeze and would highly recommend him.
