GoogleNever ever ! They are lie, don’t provide a copy of the contract even after you chasing them 100times. I left an official complain the manager never came back to me .

GoogleAbsolute rubbish estate agents won't follow through with anything asked. Won't fix things when asked. Apparently only one of them can do anything all the others are just there for show. They lie, avoid fixing things and pretend there's no staff available

GoogleNever trustworthy agency owner... i got cheated , he took the leaving month rent promising that i will get my rent difference for the days left , n' i had to ask so many times and 4 months later came up with a complete diffrnt story , so basically dont pay the last month rent when u have your deposit with then , u will never get your money back ...so doggie they are ...

GoogleI don’t know why there are so many negative comments. My experience with Benson & Partners has been excellent. They are helpful, friendly and professional. Renting a property managed by them is without any problems. It is the best agency I have been renting from so far.

GoogleJust purchased a house with the help of Benson and Partners and we found their service to be professional and extremely efficient. The staff were very helpful and on the ball - especially Hitesh who helped us navigate a conveyancing process that was very challenging at times. As per the last review, I am surprised by the amount of negative feedback on here. But that seems to be the case for most estate agents - rental clients like to air their grievances online! Such a shame, as it doesn't in any way reflect the great level of service that we received.

GoogleReally bad service - Been chasing them for over 3 days now to let an apartment now but everytime I am promised a Calback in 10 mins. Never Let with them!! 0 on Service and commitment!!

GoogleMy experience with them has been horrendous. Do not trust them. Horrendous service, unfair and will scam you. They refuse to communicate properly and will make up any excuse to get away with anything. I regret ever having dealings with them and don't normally write reviews but feel the least I can do it try prevent others having the same problem.

GoogleThis company knowingly steals copyrighted images from other , far more reputable agents, then refuses to take them down on request. Time will tell, whether they are willing to pay for the usage.

GoogleThroughout searching for apartments..i have been calling many esate agents...and this agent was absolutely rude and i was really annoyed that they could not provide me with the information that i need..i had spoken to him on the phone...he was rude and he did not give me a friendly service...I hope that in the future they do not get anywhere as they treat there clients like animals..just so that you know that agent needs to calm the hell down and never ever treat clients like this...i hope other people see this...i reccomend streets ahead as they are very friendly unlike benson and partners..i had wanted to put a hold on an apartment but they failed to keep this trust with their customers...that would mean that they are not very trust worthy...

GoogleAbsolute nightmare. Fees are ridiculously high. As soon as we paid the holding deposit- the agents didn't seem to care as they knew we couldn't go elsewhere. They started to ignore us and pass about- made us feel like pests. They left us homeless and out of pocket even though we gave them 3 weeks notice of the specific date we wanted to move in- currently seeking legal aid for this. Still to meet our landlord which we question whether they exist or not. The questions we were asked were an absolute joke- they wanted to know every facet of our lives- why we moving together? why we leaving our previous place?! We gave them our original passports to copy in person, yet the 'landlord' came back 2 weeks later asking for another copy but in COLOUR! Not recommending this agency at all- probably a huge scam because the industry is not regulated- they can get away with murder. I've never written a bad review or complained before but had to warn others of our ordeal

GoogleNot impressed with this agent. The rep was friendly enough when they too on our house, but then the contact stopped. If I wanted to know what was going on, I needed to call them for viewing feedback. Their agents didn't pass information between them and in my view, were not representing my property in the best way for a sale. Would not recommend to others.
