GoogleExtremely unprofessional, unethical letting agency. Have not dealt with a worse agency in the last 5 years. Despite repeated requests, they don't care or bother to maintain the property once you have rented it. Would strongly advise to give this agency a miss

GoogleUnprofessional! Don't care about tenants. Forgot the things was asked for. Not replying an emails. Once moved out the property, they called me twice or three times to ask where is the gass meter. Emailed them to ask what was charge from the deposit, NO ANSWER. I shouldn't even ask for that, they supposed to send me that information by themselves. I'm not recommending this agency.

GoogleUnprofessional service. Terrible communication bordering on misinformation.Made an offer to rent a flat and was then assured by the agent that we had secured it. After 3 weeks of waiting to provide the deposit but not being given any details by Benson & Partners, we were informed that unfortunately the landlord had decided to rent to a different tenant. By this time we had cancelled viewings for other flats. We were also treated very poor regarding our check-out process. The inventory clerk who cooperated with them came and broke things on purpose to ask us reimbursement and hold our deposit.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

This review is full of inaccuracies and libelous statements to such an extent we are considering legal action and have passed this onto our solicitors to investigate. The person who placed the review is completely unknown to our company.

GoogleAmazing company, I had so much problems with my property with another agency. I spoke to Richard who explained everything and then I spoke to Karolina who dealt with marketing my property and finding great tenants. I met Steve and Sara who also was friendly and welcoming. So nice to deal with a professional company. Thank you very much Billy

GooglePhenomenal service by Karolina and others were so helpful when in the office. I moved into a lovely Studio with her help in two days. This is my first time here and they made sure I do not need to extend my hotel stay and finished the formalities as promised. Thanks Karolina, Sara and everyone ✌️

GoogleBuyer beware. I made an offer on a house and before they took it to the vendor, I was asked how much my mortgage deposit was. I queried why that mattered as I have an AIP. Some convoluted response was made but they took it to the vendor, who accepted within a couple of hours. Benson & Partners then chased me for proof of deposit, the AIP and solicitors details which I sent over. 5 days passed, so I called them to see if the survey had been booked in. They called me back 5 hours later and said the vendor had just accepted a "MUCH higher offer with a much higher deposit". I wasn't invited to make another offer to try and match it. I wasn't informed either, I had to chase them for them to tell me this.
