GoogleStay away. After purchase, extremly poor experience with Bellwayβs customer service and complaints handling. I am a resident of Harbour Village and a first-time buyer, and I feel completely cheated by the way my concerns have been handled. I have been pursuing a complaint for 6 months and then to expedite raised a formal complaint for over a month. I was clearly told I would receive a response within a set timeframe, yet that deadline has passed with no meaningful reply, no update, and no accountability despite multiple follow-ups. I have been waiting on responses from Anna Sands and Alan Knight and have received nothing. This level of disregard is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism. Very poor planning they connected my home EV charging point is connected to a communal meter, which is entirely unfair and raises serious concerns about billing and transparency. This should never have been set up this way for an individual property. The entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Based on how this has been handled, I would strongly advise others not to buy from Bellway.

Googlebrand new residential development lies next to A13 road & the C2C rail line on the edge of Fobbing village & Basildon town. it's nice, safe & quiet residential area.

GoogleAvoid bellway at all costs, once your in they change for cheaper service charge providers which steal your money and make your life hell. I strongly advise buying anywhere here plus they just ignore your emails once you have any queries
