GoogleWe had a house viewing here in the past and customer service was not on par. We were treated as we were broke and unable to afford a house - not sure where that impression came from or why would we even bother to come in for a viewing if we weren’t seriously interested. Sales person was annoyed we didn’t call their helpline to make sure we can afford a house when we had an agreement in principle ready and actually approved for a lot more than what the house was worth. In what world is it ok to say to a potential buyer “if you’re struggling for money we can find some options”… it’s just plain rude. I am not sure if it was because we look younger than we are or because we dressed casually (perhaps to view a house at lunch in the middle of your working day we should have dressed up in an evening attire). The house itself didn’t look of good quality either - they built windows too low in the bedrooms so had to legally place bars in them for children’s safety (why not build the windows higher?), toilets stank of sewage and you could hear the road through the windows. We ended up buying somewhere else and based on this experience wouldn’t consider Bellway in future. Feedback to you is to teach your sales people to respect their customers and treat them seriously.

GoogleParents in law bought a new 4 bed Bellway house at admiral park. I have to say the quality of build is excellent and way above many other new builds we have seen. Lots of things included as standard that you wouldn't get from other volume builders.
