Very bad company avoid these at ALL costs they invited me for a interview but they didn't tell me where the place was before they set up an interview I told them the place where they set up an interview for was too far for me so avoid these at all costs
We don't recognise this situation but please reach out if we can do anything to assist

We have now been in our lovely new home for 2 and a bit months, albeit we have had a few little issues, the aftercare from this customer service team is amazing. A gentleman called gav came round to sort our Snagging issues, and he was brilliant. So so friendly, and very attentive. What an absolute credit to the company. We have had an issue with our garden gate, as the wrong one was put on, meaning it doesn't close properly, is the wrong colour and isnt fixed on properly. He even went to the extent of reporting that for us again! Thankyou so much. 8 Elm Close, Kirton

Excellent customer service as always Gavin as cheerful as ever, bang on eight and rearing to go. Such a talented trades, excellent job and attention to detail is second to none. There will always be issues with new builds, but with Ashwood homes and gavin in tow they will always be dealt with speedily and to a very high standard.

A few teething problems when we first got the keys to our lovely home, but to be expected for a new build and now all resolved! Any other issues and snagging since has been professionally completed with care and attention by ether Gavin or Adolfo! Now just waiting for the landscaping and remedial work to be fully completed around our phase!

Now been in our new Ashwood home on Riverside Walk Surfleet a week and we’re not disappointed. We already feel at home even with packing boxes around us. Thanks to all. Karen C helping us with the initial buying process & Jo for her continuing attention. Chloe’s patience with all our changes and willingness to find workarounds. Where do I begin we’ve had our home just under 2 years and it has been a fantastic experience. The ashwood homes team made the whole process from start to finish a breeze. The home itself is beautiful and we could t ask for anything more. Any questions or queries Iv had along the way have been dealt with in a very professional manner and any snags needed to be completed have been done so in good time with the work completed to a high standard I could not recommend Ashwood homes anymore.

Some faults do appear and are expected on a newly built property, the important thing is, to get any problems rectified, quickly and permanent. I can say the service from the Customer Services team and the work carried out by the team doing the actual remedial work on site especially Gavin on the Service Team.

My partner and I moved into our first house in July and it’s fair to say we had some issues when we moved in the main one of these being a leak in the en suite. Since we first voiced the concern Gavin has been round multiple times even unscheduled to check in and make sure we’re okay, has solved the leak and has done an amazing job in clearing it up. I can’t recommend the man enough as he is efficient and very professional and I know if we have any problems in the future we are in safe hands
