View AgentsIrresponsible customer service
I was going to rent a property through them and had arranged 2 viewings but their agent Daryl didn't show up on both occasions. The guy has absolutely no sense of punctuality whatsoever. He'll say he'll meet you at the property but instead he'll be sitting in his office waiting for your call to pick him up. His manager Kris White was no help either as he simply ignored Daryl's lies when I complained. Do not expect any responsibility or respectful customer service from these two. Avoid them at all cost.

View AgentsExcellent service delivered in a friendly professional manner.
We were arranging a letting from 100 miles away, which had the potential to be fraught with difficulties. However, right from the first telephone conversation with Sophie, we were supported through the process. She accompanied us on two of the viewings and took time to answer our many questions. She was extremely accommodating and made us feel that she understood how important it was to us that we found the right flat. Her friendly manner made us feel comfortable. At the end of the day, when we made an offer, she phoned us to let us know that there was no immediate response from the landlord, rather than leaving us to speculate about what had happened on the long journey home, demonstrating her sensitivity to our circumstances and her professionalism. We really appreciated it. With the support of the staff at Anthony Pepe we were delighted to have a quick, successful outcome.

Andreea Dixon was very calm and understanding. We had explain to her what kind of property we want and she new straight away what to show us. I would recommended her to any of my friends or business colleagues to go to Andreea as she was very processional and reliable. We would like to thank her for all the hard work and help she gave to us. .

I couldnt find better lettings agency than Anthony Pepe 301 Green Lanes N13 4XS, and letting agent Andreea Dixon. We are very pleased and happy with my husband, we could meet on our searching path Ms Andreea who was very helpful, pateint and fully professional. The same i can say about two other ladies from that agency - Jayne and Catherine. I can always come, call or email them with any doubts or questions and always getting answers and good words. I can recommend Anthony Pepe and Co Palmers Green with full responsability of my words.
