FacebookTrish, Andrew and Gemma worked at lightning speed to get our house sold so we could make a serious offer on our dream house. 4 working days later we were sold STC with our new house secured!Can't thank the team enough for their positivity, knowledge and honesty in helping us get our new home. We never expected the experience to be so personal and professional.Thanks again! �

FacebookI don't usually write reviews and can't say I've ever been impressed with any agency when it comes to property,however the team at Andrew & Co certainly went above and beyond in my recent house sale.Chris was a perfectionist with the photos/selling particulars seeking my approval every step of the way.He dealt with the viewings,offers and subsequent buyer professionally and kept me informed of the sale progress.It was a tumultuous journey to exchange but Matt responded quickly to every email/phone call-even when I was annoying and impatient! I would not hesitate in recommending their services, you will not be disappointed with this local, dependable,approachable,professional and consistent estate agent.

Everything Andrew said would happen actually did, the quickness of the sale, the price (which the buyers actually increased), and the speed - the sale happened within 24 hours! Andrew was quick to book a time to visit and value my late father's house for sale. He was professional, keen and confident that he could sell the house quickly. I could not be there to show the house as I live away, but he happily said the staff would do the viewings in my absence. His valuation was high compared to other agents but he convinced me that he could achieve the price so I signed with him. He was quick to set the process in motion and there as a line of potential buyers the following day! I was equally impressed when the property had a full asking price offer after only four days.!! I am happy to recommend him as a first class agent.

Although property took longer to achieve an offer, which we wonder whether an open house event may have achieved earlier, Andres & Co doggedly strove to achieve an eventual offer, and then oiled the purchase and sale of both property's when things became tense towards the eventual exchange of contracts. Conduct and approach to us was always courteous and professional. Would use again and recommend to others.

I have recently completed my purchase of a property in Pluckley & have found the selling agent, at all times through the process to be polite, helpful & very professional............advice was good, responses to queries dealt with promptly............nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Moving property, by its very nature, can be a stressful & emotional experience but Patricia at Andrew & Co. empathised perfectly with my needs & made the whole process go well - I have been in business a long time & I can spot a business worth its salt & who employ proper people to do a good job - Thank you !
