Matt came by today to give me some advice on the current sales market and whether to do building works on my house before listing it. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and really helped me to decide what to do with our house, whether we choose to sell up or extend and stay put, his opinion was very helpful. The valuations he gave me seemed very fair and I wouldn’t think twice about listing with A&Co should we choose to move! Thank you Matt.

We recently sold our house through Andrew and co, this is our second time using them and they are absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They sold our house (and flat) within 7 days on both occasions and have always been friendly, professional and hands on throughout the sale. I literally couldn’t recommend them enough, they are not your usual pushy typical estate agent types they are genuine and nice honest people that actually are happy to help the whole time, nothing was too much trouble for them. We now have our dream house thanks to Andrew and co going above and beyond doing jobs out of their remit as our buying agents were absolutely terrible, they took extra work on to get updates for us. I honestly think if I had gone with a different agent it would defo not have gone this smooth and possibly not even gone through at all. Thanks Andrew & Co, big thanks to Matt for overseeing it throughout! You guys did good... yet again xx

I don't usually write reviews and can't say I've ever been impressed with any agency when it comes to property,however the team at Andrew & Co certainly went above and beyond in my recent house sale.Chris was a perfectionist with the photos/selling particulars seeking my approval every step of the way.He dealt with the viewings,offers and subsequent buyer professionally and kept me informed of the sale progress.It was a tumultuous journey to exchange but Matt responded quickly to every email/phone call-even when I was annoying and impatient! I would not hesitate in recommending their services, you will not be disappointed with this local, dependable,approachable,professional and consistent estate agent.

I have never left a review for anything ever before, however, the sheer ineptitude of Andrew & Co has compelled me to leave this review here today. I and my partner have been in agreement with Andrew & Co about moving into an apartment, having provided the initial formal documents, as early as January the 9th. By January 10th, we agreed on a move-in date for the first weekend of February (2nd). A few days before our move-in date, we were told that we could not move in on the agreed upon date as there was a problem with the apartment, despite Andrew & Co having over half a month to prepare the apartment for our arrival. Although annoyed at the fact it had not been sorted earlier, and with my partner and I having already told our respective landlords that we will vacate the premises on the first weekend of February, we accepted and were told that we can move in the second weekend of February (9th). Now, just today, I receive a phone call from Andrew & Co telling me that they are not able to sort the apartment for the already postponed move-in date on the second weekend of February (9th), and instead, they ESTIMATE that It should be ready by the third weekend of February (16th), A WHOLE TWO WEEKS AFTER THE ORIGINAL DATE! Angered, I tell them the unbelievably compromising situation that their utter inertia has put me and my partner in. So, I ask for recompense, so that I can store the rest of our belongings, as well have enough money to afford temporary accommodation for me and my partner until the apartment is ready. They, HAVING STILL NOT EVEN GIVEN ME A CONCRETE DATE TO MOVE IT, say they will not recompense me in any way to help alleviate the stressful situation they have forced me and my partner in, despite this situation being ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT! This situation has made me very weary of them, not only as an estate agent, but as a Landlord to any rented accommodation; as who’s to say they won’t act with the same snail pace speed and disinterest should something go wrong in the apartment? Moral of the story: Beware of renting from this agency, they can screw you over without so much as a pittance for your massive inconvenience. *This is a follow-up review from Trustpilot, as that software doesn't allow me to reply to the comment you added. My point was, why were these checks not done sooner? had you opted to do a review and check of the place sooner than perhaps I wouldn't have such issue with your agencies practices

The level of service received from start to finish exceeded even our highest expectations. Harry fully understood the importance of our move and we can’t thank him enough for all his efforts in making our transactions run as smoothly as possible.
