GoogleAnderson Rose have been our property agent and property manager for the past 2 years and I cannot give them enough praise for their diligence, speedy response time and care for their clients. The entire team are a pleasure to deal with so we will look to continue to use them in the future. I would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleAnderson Rose ("AR") continue to provide a superb all round service for me - I feel completely looked after by the entire management team in respect of my property. They go the extra mile ... and then some. Perhaps the best gauge as to how highly I rate them is that I have not hesitated in recommending AR to several landlords in my development and will continue to do so.

GoogleRenting a flat in central London with Anderson Rose and we have had excellent service right from the first viewing to date. Neither of us were living in London before and Anderson Rose ensured our move was as easy as it could be. Would definitely recommend

GoogleThe staff at Andreson Rose have provided us with exceptional service throughout our tenancy in the Shad Thames area. They have been attentive and quick to sort out any maintenance problems that came up with the property and have always been a great pleasure to deal with. Best agency by far that we have dealt with, in our time in London - Highly recommended.

GoogleWe are landlords and living abroad, Anderson Rose have been the best agents taking all the stress out of what is normally be a worrying and stress that we don't need in our retirement years. There is regular contact with tenants and us (landlords) which makes renting out a house with AR a pleasure. We couldn't ask for more from the pleasant and helpful staff.

GoogleAnderson Rose rent out our flat on Bermondsey Wall West. We find them straightforward and pleasant to deal with. Our experience over several years has only strengthened our trust of them. They have often gone the extra mile to save us money on minor repairs etc and are efficient when negotiating with tenants on our behalf. ...Nice people to deal with who I feel operate with high values, not necessarily common in estate agency!

GoogleFriendly and reliable staff take their lead from Supremo John Byers, who's attention. to detail and happiness to go the extra mile make this agency my favourite after many years dealing with London Property agents. A special "big up" for Jules in lettings. But you can count on all the staff at Anderson Rose.

GoogleQuite the most brilliant letting agents giving superb service. I asked Anderson Rose to find a tenant for my house in Surrey and they swiftly produced a shortlist of six possibles from whom I chose a lovely couple who have settled really well. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Nothing is too much trouble and they certainly go the extra mile. Well done AR!

GoogleI asked several estate agents for a valuation and Anderson Rose were the agents with the most professional approach. They predicted a number of things in the early stages which played out exactly as foreseen. Even though there were a few hick ups along the way, in that my property got water damaged whilst we were trying to sell it, it felt like I was working with a team of true professionals who know their business inside out and in the end we achieved the best result possible on the property.

GoogleMy wife and I were moving to London from Washington DC and interested in the Shad Thames area. We were lucky enough to include the people from Anderson Rose in our search and both Oliver and Emma were extremely helpful. We secured a property thanks to Oliver and Emma handled all the details for us. They were both extremely professional and we were kept informed every step of the way. They certainly made the move a lot easier, especially given the distance and time zones. We would have no hesitation recommending Anderson Rose and their very helpful staff and thank them very much for their help finding our new home. Wayne Daley

GoogleAnderson Rose have managed my flat for several years now and whilst I never thought I wanted to get an agent involved, they're so worth it. I have peace of mind that they will manage things professionally, honestly and timely.

GoogleFound and rented a flat through Anderson Rose in May 2015 and couldn't have been happier with how things went. From the start, right up until the "new home" card dropped through our front door (aww!), the team were always polite, professional and genuinely likeable and their knowledge of the Shad Thames area and its (many) blocks of flats was both reassuring and very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to use Anderson Rose in the future or recommend them to anyone.

GoogleQuite the most superb, attentive and efficient agents that I have been fortunate enough to have engaged to date. Anderson Rose were commended to me by a reliable and demanding source. Happily, I have found that they have surpassed my expectations and made the letting of my apartment fuss and stress free. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Anderson Rose to anyone. In particular I have found that nothing is too much trouble, no problem too complicated or demanding; emails receive response within and without conventional office hours and all disasters are handled calmly, courteously, efficiently and above all else swiftly and professionally (and at reasonable cost). GoogleI came across Anderson Rose when they were acting as agents for the vendor of a flat we bought. Always clear they were acting for the seller, AR was transparent and I experienced non of the chicanery that seems to be systemic in the case of so many estate agents. When the interests of their client and ours overlapped AR pulled out all the stops to ease through a deal that could so easily have derailed. When we later came to rent out the same flat we put it in the hands of Anderson Rose which delivered exactly what was promised. We would not hesitate to buy/sell let/rent through these guys.

GoogleBoth Jon and Stephen from Anderson Rose were exceptional throughout my sale. I encountered many problems with other parties but these two fantastic agents fought fire and assisted with the process throughout. Nothing was a problem and Stephen, in particular, went an extra 10 miles! I would whole-heartedly recommend using Anderson Rose in the future as I thought they were professional, caring and knowledgable.

GoogleAnderson Rose successfully undermines every cliché about estate agents by being polite, honest, efficient and more helpful than even our most optimistic expectations. The high standard that Jon has set is ably carried by his excellent team and we saw them deal gracefully with problems both on the rental and the sales side. In a market with a lot of competition it is a pleasure to see a team so distinguish themselves on quality of service.
