GoogleAs a first time buyer with a lot of questions and an eagerness to move they were extremely helpful and understood my situation. They helped move a potentially slow chain forwards - particular credit goes to Elysia, their Sales Progressor. Aside from a 5 star service, they gave me a very nice 'moving in' hamper.

Megan & Phil both went above and beyond to get things done as quickly as possible and made everything so easy which is exactly what you need during the stressful process of buying and selling a property. I was kept in the loop regularly so I always knew exactly where I was within the house buying process. Can't recommend enough.

We purchased a house through A P Morgan in Halesowen and their after sales service was just what we needed to help the chain complete, I'm sure without their help in particular Megan we would not have moved into our new home so quickly. GoogleWonderful service. Alex gave a great valuation and was very reassuring throughout, especially given some of our complications. I didn't feel any pressure with them at all (unlike other agents that valued the property) and felt they valued the property completely correctly (unlike other agents that valued the property). Elysia was fabulous, always calling to update through the process. She was especially supportive at the very end keeping me reassured when the stress of moving was getting to me. Would use their service again and would highly recommend to others.
