Great experience, we turned up late but Rebecca was more than reassuring. Took the time to talk to us not just show us the property and be done. Answered all our questions honestly and was really friendly.

We were shown round a property by Corinne. She was incredibly professional. Good knowledge of the property and surrounding area eg schools. As a young family this is important. She gave us great tips on how the space could be improved. The viewing didn't feel rushed despite the busy schedule. The whole process end to end was refreshingly prompt, we have been made to feel valued throughout! Thanks.

Excellent customer service from Dan Thompson, normally I’ve found when contacting agents from other websites ie Right Move they don’t get back but Dan got back to me straight away and went out of his way to gather the information I’d asked regarding a property. Sharon lewis is a star, went above and beyond what id expect from aftersales liason, after what was thrown at us from another convancing firm she kept a cool and professional head while i was loosing mine, our chats & putting the world to rights became a daily occurance lol, thanks sharon x
