Sue kept me up to speed with progress on the sale on a fortnightly basis. She was at the 'end of the phone' for any queries I had as the sale process went through and if she didn't immediately know the answer to my query, she called me back once she had found out. Great experience dealing with both Matt and Lauren for our house appraisal, valuation, launch appointment and photos through to listing respectively. Matt was friendly and professional and made the whole process easy. He allowed us to take our time with decisions, but was there for any questions. Lauren did a fantastic job at our launch appointment, she was friendly and talked me through the whole process. The appointment went well, and she listened and gave advice throughout!

FacebookAwful from start to finish, they see evicting a tenant (no fault) as; in the words of Chris Griffiths (Director), a ‘transaction’. They haven’t bothered to help us find another home at all, they don’t care. When we were moving in, they gave us a date and then kept changing it. I would avoid them at all costs, they see you as a number and just a money bank. It’s evil to treat people in such a way
