TrustpilotCorinne was absolutely AMAZING
Corinne was absolutely AMAZING. There was a reschedule on their side which wasn’t an issue for us; however the customer service she provided was absolutely brilliant. The tour and questions asked were spot on too. Thank you for your service today.

TrustpilotThe person showing me round was helpful and understanding of my needs.
The person showing me round made a real effort to give me details about the property that I would find useful. She took the time to talk to me and answer my questions even though there were other people waiting.

TrustpilotAttentive and Professional
Tate was especially attentive to his clients. He waited for them to make a comment and found a way to provide a positive spin that he summarised with a key sales point about the Property. I was impressed how much he knew about these Properties as well as how he engaged his clients wetting their appetite with more vital information about why the Property is a good purchase. Tate is going to be an asset to the organisation

The Agents Rep was very helpful and courteous. She patiently waited for us although we were running 15 minutes late. She took time to show us around and answered all of our questions satisfactory. Despite the fact that she had another viewing booked soon after at another location. Altogether it was a very pleasant experience.

TrustpilotMarketing / EPC Photographer Chloe
Chloe came round to take our marketing photos and carry out our EPC assessment. Chloe you were lovely, polite and extremely considerate in our home. Thank you for being so conscientious in finding out about the house and patient whilst we asked you lots of questions. Wow the photos are exceptional. The brochure markets our home wonderfully and no doubt the online presence will follow suit. The images look so vibrant and professional yet homely. Thank you. Lovely to meet you. Melanie & Helen

TrustpilotRedditch lettings
Redditch letting branch is not friendly for tenants, looks like they are landlords agents, tenants have no respect from them. I was living in their property for 2.5 years and they were unhelpful through all this time and in the end I didn't get good references from them....the reason was I wouldn't accept new contract every year. They were pushing me to sign new contract after 1 year, despite the fact that the contract was rolling month to month after 1 year. They tried to do it twice,I find it unacceptable. They were trying to convince me,that I have no choice but accept it.I find it unbelievable and disgusting because I know people who are afraid not to accept it and pushed by them. There were more of these unfriendly behaviour from them, but just this and bad reference from them for me,for paying in time tenants, for leaving the flat in perfect condition is just disgusting.
