Mark makes sure that he has done detailed homework about the property and makes sure to understand the requirements of buyers. He makes note of all buyer requirements. He escorts us throughout the duration of viewing and answers all queries to the best of his knowledge. He is very gentle and honest. After the viewing, he takes time to understand the pros and cons noticed by the buyer about the property. He tries to be as transparent as possible.

We were recently shown round a property in the West Midlands by your estate agent Corinne, this was one of the first times we have had a viewing, as were first time buyers. We found Corinne to be very helpful and insightful about the property and let us explore the house at our own pace. One thing I particularly loved was that we didn’t feel pressured into making any rash decisions on the house and that she would be there to help answer any questions we had moving forward in the buying process. Corinne was really helpful with the house viewing and went above and beyond when explaining the property to us. She didn’t rush us and was very accommodating. She allowed us to take our time and answered any questions we had. When we wanted to put in an offer she was more than happy to organise that straight away.
