TrustpilotProfessional, Informed and Helpful
Mark Brazier, one of the Property Viewing Agents at A P Morgan, showed myself and my son round a property in Redditch. The viewing couldn't have gone any better. Mark was extremely helpful and well informed about the property itself and the locality.

TrustpilotPROPERTY INSPECTION
PROPERTY INSPECTIONI had an inspection booked today but there had been a mixup on the dates, I contacted the office to speak with Lucy but she was out of office. Within 10 mins she had called me to explain the issue and apologised, she then went to solve the issue straight away and was polite and professional. Well done Lucy you made my day a lot easier!

Firstly Mark was great and easily answered all me questions. Would like to say it was strange viewing the house with the owner and son there. House was too small and needed too much work.

Even though the house was not suitable for our needs, Corrine was still very helpful and knowledgeable. They created a warm and inviting atmosphere as we explored the area. It's positive to have someone who is friendly and smiles, but based on previous experiences, they may not be as knowledgeable.

TrustpilotWe can’t recommend the Stourbridge…
We can’t recommend the Stourbridge branch enough, so professional and so helpful! From the very first call with Alannah in the sales team, so the valuation at our home with Dan and then the photos and brochure with Amy, it truly has been an outstanding experience. After having some struggles with a different estate agent, this has been such a breath of fresh air. They are all so professional and accommodating, we wish we’d put our house on the market with them sooner!

Thank you for leaving us a review. We are thrilled to hear that the Stourbridge team provided you with excellent service!
