GoogleOnce we were sold Sharon was extremely helpful during the process as this was very stressful. Sharon made sure she kept me up to date with everything that was happening and made sure the whole process run smoothly.

GoogleI would like to say a massive thank you to Carly & Elysia from the Stourbridge branch of ap Morgan, I don’t know what i would have done without your support. Carly took responsibility of all house viewings, she was fantastic with such a kind & bubbly personality i knew I could trust her to sell my house. I received several offers above my asking price in just one day of viewing, I couldn’t have been happier & house sold thanks to a fab sales rep! Elysia is the one that I really can’t thank enough! When solicitors were slow to respond Elysia from the after sales team was on the ball & gave me progress information before my solicitor did! Elysia’s communication was above & beyond & without her prompt after after sales support I think I would have had a breakdown myself. She never left me waiting for any enquiries & for that I can’t thank you enough. I would highly recommend the branch purely for the sales & after sales service I received from Carly & Elysia!

From the first communication to the last, I was impressed with their approach and responsiveness, even in the pandemic(which was manic) times. Their approach and quality pictures made a difference, and we always felt that they do their best to sell our home and get the best value for us, but never overpromised and kept it honest.
