GoogleCalls to arrange viewings aren’t returned. Offers put forward on properties aren’t responded to. Staff lack information about the properties you’re viewing when you do actually get to see one. If you’re a vendor, selling or leasing your home through this agency. Be aware their agents are doing your property an enormous disservice & preventing your property from being taken off the market.

He was very knowledgeable and provided me with invaluable information which enabled me to proceed with my plans. Although my particular circumstances meant that I did not need to enlist their services I was impressed with my dealings with Mattias and I would have no hesitation in using them in the future.

GoogleThis is un professional & racist estate agent, 5 previous offers rejected with out any explanation, on the 6th offer I waited 10 days for their reply if my offer accepted or not, eventually on Monday Oct.10th she came back to me that my offer is accepted & they are ready to exchange details, following day Tuesday she declined my offer again with out any explanation. Almost 3 months I was viewing properties advertised by this agent with out any result.

Firstly, your offers were rejected because you didn’t offer the highest price, your lack of budget is sadly not our fault. Secondly your review is the single most inaccurate and imbecilic ever left to our business. You claim racism, please note our business is owned and operated by people of all different races. Lastly the irony of your comments is only expounded by the fact your profile picture is of probably the most fascist dictator the world has seen in the last 60 years! Kindly find another agent to help you find a property as we do not wish to help you find a home.

GoogleSold our house with them, they organised all the viewings to allow the minimum disruption to our young family, made it very clear throughout what to expect. We had a very drawn out sale but throughout the after sales team were great, chasing up our buyer and his contacts to keep us informed. Antoinette was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone selling in this area. I do not know about value for money as we were very lucky to list at the same time as they were running a promotional offer allowing us the full service for a £1 fee.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
