I would just like to say thank you to the Seymours team at Addlestone. First impressions count and the Sales Manager Andrew Hunt impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge and yet non pushy approach. The team that conducted the viewings were outstanding, communicating well, they were efficient and confident with a warm, positive approach. Then we have the after sales care managed by the wonderful John. Despite a heavy workload, he was always available when you needed him and took action when required, resolving any potential problems swiftly. He had the perfect balance of professionalism along with always somehow finding time for a quick chat even if it was just for reassurance. It’s rare these days to have a service you can’t fault but this team led by Anna worked incredibly well together and I have to say lead the way in how a business should work. To sum it up they do what it says on the tin!

Seymour’s addlestone . Well what can I say other than thank you , David has a very driven team . Tom has been exceptional with the help of Max not only did they sell our house in addlestone but has managed to secure our brand new home all with in weeks of the offer . Honestly fantastic help , guidance and driven from the word go. They recommend our solicitors too, which made it easier as they were able to liaise with them to get the job done . All we can say is thank you all very much . Wouldn’t recommend anyone else .

We marketed our property with Seymours as they were also selling the property wished to buy which made sense to us. Sadly following the initial meet which was good and positive, they did not live up to the promises! I found them to be poor with communication and updates (which i commented on many times), there were very few viewings, which did not appear generally to be the correct people to buy my house. After 16 weeks, we marketed with two other agents, and sold in a week!! Not just good luck i think. The Christmas break was often used as a reason for few viewings, then after Christmas Brexit was the reason. I was not impressed with the approach of the guys. I did not feel a valued client and did not feel the best job was done. The property we were tying to buy mysteriously disappeared from the market too, and when asked if it was still for sale the answers were vague, and inconclusive. I prefer an honest straight approach. Sadly cannot recommend

Purchasing a new home is such a massive decision which comes with equal amounts of joy and pain! We decided to go with Seymours Estate Agents after speaking to all the estate agents in Addlestone regarding the service they would offer but more importantly we received great feedback from both our neighbours and friends about past positive experiences. Having 3 young children added to the already complex and stressful process of buying and selling but Tom Gordon and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Tom has an excellent understanding of the current housing market, local area and property prices, negotiated on our behalf when it mattered and the type of buyers we were looking to attract. They worked around our busy school- life regarding visits and open days and were always informing us on any outstanding issues. I felt they were well respected among local solicitors which really helped during the exchange process. We hope to complete in a few weeks and I will have no hesitation in using Seymours again or recommending them.

Having been recommended by numerous people that Seymours offered great service when looking to buy, I decided to see them and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Buying my house through Seymours was very straight forward and was not at all a stressful experience! Gianpaolo was able to assistance me with any queries that I had, and was consistently fast at getting back to me with information required. From the first viewing to completion, he was always on hand to keep me up to date through the full process. He was very professional and I found he was very knowledgeable about the current housing market! I bought two properties through Seymours last year with Tom and Gianpaolo. Both were very capable and professional in their approach to keep the process moving smoothly to completion. Each purchase had difficulties and hurdles to be overcome and these were dealt with in a team approach by the boys which meant that I always had someone to answer my questions. I have been very happy with my purchases and the price paid for both and the process was made easier by all the hard work done by both agents.

David and the team have been fantastic during this difficult time, I'm selling the house for a recently disabled relative and nothing has been too much trouble, They've walked me through the process and kept me updated regularly. Viewings have been arranged and performed by the outstanding staff and my auntie has even got to look forward to the viewings, Property sold within a month even if this difficult economic climate and I personally believe it's due to their hard work and diligence in everything they do. Estate Agents can have a bad name but Seymours is definitely not in this category, A credit to the profession and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend all the team but especially David, Tom and Max.

To sell a family home, I originally contacted Seymours Addlestone for a valuation for probate and was immediately struck by their professionalism and realistic knowledge of the local area. Once probate was granted, I was back in touch and was again hugely impressed by their local knowledge and the speed with which the process was put in motion. As I don't live in the area, they handled all of the viewings, managing to get more than thirty viewings in just over a week, and from that, a large number of offers culminating in the accepted offer being considerably over the original asking price. Selling a property remotely after a bereavement isn't something I'd wish to repeat but can not thank the team at Seymours Addlestone enough for all of their hard work in making it as smooth a process as I could hope for. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
