GoogleSellers beware: This agency refused to let a potential buyer view a property on the grounds that the potential buyer had one to sell i.e. they limited the number of potential buyers and competition for that property.
Good evening, thank you for your message, I’m afraid the house on the market this week is tenanted and one of the tenants would only allow access on Tuesday and Thursday between 12,30 and 17,00pm, no further access was given, which meant I only had 9 hours in total to sell the house. I’m sure if I only had 9 hours to sell your house you would want proceed-able buyers viewing. I managed to get 25 viewings in this short time. Just so you’re aware, the recent sales in the area on Bishopthorpe Road had 71 viewings 12 offers, East Mount Road 46 viewings 11 offers, Queen Victoria Street 50 viewings 12 offers! I’m afraid in this instance I simply had to do what was best in the allowed time. All the best with your search and good luck selling your property Paul
