I can’t recommend Bishops Estate Agents highly enough. Paul is a breath of fresh air. Nothing is too much trouble and he worked hard to market my property and get the viewings coming in. Probably the best Estate Agent I’ve used for selling a house. Paul is super professional, experienced and very personable. He provided me with great guidance and support through the whole process. I have used Bishops Personal Agents twice, once for a house purchase some years ago and once for a house sale this year. My experience is that Paul Atkinson is excellent and just the person you need at what can be a very stressful time He personally visits to discuss and advise initially; to take all the photographs; comprehensively advertise on social media throughout, provide assisted viewings, excellent communication throughout to all parties involved and even personally passes on the keys on completion day. It is perhaps rare that you can whole heartedly recommend an estate agent but that is the case with Paul of Bishops. He was recommended to me for a reason. His calm approach, communication and level headedness are superb. Buying and selling houses can be very stressful and often leave you with a feeling of uncertainty as to where you are in the process of your sale or purchase. Not so with Paul. Paul was recommended to us by a family member. The sale of our late father’s property was overseen by Paul from start to finish. It was a sensitive situation, and we feel that we were kept updated every step of the way. If we had any questions, Paul was always prompt and knowledgeable in responding. We were very happy with the professional (and yet personal) service provided by Paul of Bishops Personal Agents, during our house buying and selling in early 2022. Paul listened to our needs and helped us view properties which matched our criteria for moving home. He also supported us to market our house, welcoming buyers for viewings, and maintaining great communication throughout. Paul was able to provide useful information that helped us understand how the moving process works, and our progress within it - he was always friendly, polite and honest whilst dealing with us, and brought a wealth of experience and knowledge.
