GoogleHeld my 60 year old mothers bond for 3 months after leaving the property and tortured her saying they have no record of it! Finally gave up once we contacted the authorities. Just because she spoke her mind to sharpes about their poor management, the reason why she left

Company only cares bout money. No sympathy r empathy. Jobs take forever to complete. Awful staff part from Sharon. Careful of Sharps if ur a tenant, they do not correspond with landlord for requests...money hungry n far from perfect. Please be careful as everything is tenant fault according to them. Quick to blame not to accept

Yellvery helpful staff
Had a bit of a nightmare time trying to sell my mum's house. I live in the midlands, and the girls were great keeping in touch and making the sale as smooth as possible. They answered any queries (and there were plenty) accurately and promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending Lorna Sharp and her team. 10/10

GoogleGrudge giving a 1 star!! Poor estate agents. Don't care about your well being. Im stuck in a nightmare property with 2 young children and they don't seem to care at all. They Speak to you badly, very unprofessional. Renting with sharps has been the worse decision I've made.
