We had an absolutely excellent experience with Aled Ellis Estate Agents while purchasing our new home. From the very beginning, everyone we dealt with was incredibly kind, helpful, approachable and professional.What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. Even after completion, when we had a couple of issues with the boiler, Aled personally came over to the house and helped guide us through everything. That level of support and kindness went far beyond what we would normally expect from an estate agent and made such a difference during an already very busy moving period. Communication throughout the purchase was always friendly, responsive and reassuring, and we always felt that they were happy to help whenever we needed anything. We are extremely grateful for everything they did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend Aled Ellis Estate Agents to anyone buying or selling a property. We decided to move from Kent to Aberystwyth for the beautiful landscape, people and better quality of life. By chance we came across a property being marketed by Aled Ellis and in turn spoke to Michelle, who was so very helpful, informative and despite our many questions etc, nothing was too much trouble! Living in Kent, Michelle kindly carried out a viewing with a family member living in Wales, then liaised with us so we could come and view for ourselves. Because of the distance, we could only manage 1 visit in Sept 24 to view the property and we loved it and put in our offer! The sheer distance made the house buying difficult, but we needn't have worried as Michelle was there to help every step of the way and patiently answered all our questions, kept us updated on our small chain and also helped us by suggesting local companies for the Valuation Report and specialist drains survey highlighted from the Report. From start (Sept 24) to exchange (Jan 25) Michelle was on hand and we finally moved in Feb 25. We absolutely love the area and are so very happy to have finally moved to Aberystwyth and wished we had done it years ago. We very quickly settled in and we have been warmly welcomed by our neighbours. We would highly recommend Aled Ellis to anyone thinking of moving from any distance; long or short, as you'll be in good hands with Aled Ellis as Michelle went the extra mile and made what could have been a fraught experience, a painless one and when we think back, everything just went so smoothly... My daughter and I viewed quite a few houses with Michelle and her colleagues before finding our lush home through them last summer. Each time we viewed something not quite right for us, they were warm and welcoming, so professional and honest. There was no pressure or hard sale approach.
