GoogleThroughout the purchasing process the entire team at James Dean Abergavenny office were very professional and attentive. When requested they liaised speedily with the vendors and replied promptly to my queries and I felt that they dealt fairly with both parties. Buying during a pandemic lockdown wasn't ideal but I felt well supported by them and didn't feel hassled, they all appeared to go that extra mile to make sure the sale was completed smoothly and within 4 months. GoogleGood level of service throughout. Only disappointment was having to attend branch to collect the keys, meaning I had to pass the new house and drive 30 mins. When requesting if someone could meet us at the property, I was told the diary was full. Would be a nice way to finish the purchasing journey.
