Lovely Natalia from DJ Alexander conducted the annual inspection for the property which I rent in Edinburgh, she was very considerate and polite throughout the whole inspection - which she conducted swiftly and professionally, listening and responding positively to any points raised. I was looking for a place to rent and 3\4 signs are dummy.They put random signs all over the streets about properties they don't have. For both rent and sell.Customer Support is really bad. I tried calling them and asking on the website. Bots are just limiting my options of communication to filling a form for property that I can't find on their website.

I've used DJ Alexander's services for the past 3 years when I bought, rented out and recently sold my flat in Glasgow. For each service, I was very impressed with the proactive and responsive way in which the team and especially Catherine Bruce handled any queries I had. Buying or selling a property can be a long, arduous process (especially over lockdown) but Catherine made the process as simple as possible and communicated updates regularly to put me at ease. Overall, an excellent experience - I would highly recommend DJ Alexander!

After struggling all summer to find a suitable property, we had a lovely and informative viewing with Asif and loved the place. As a group of students (one of us international) we had a complex case but, throughout the process both Anita and Asif were extremely helpful and responsive. Moving house is generally a stressful event on its own, never mind the fact that I had to move during Covid-19 pandemic from another city. I would like to thank Natalie Cotton and Lee Charlton for all their efforts.They have answered all my questions and requests while managing to finalise my tenancy agreement at such short notice. Because of their efforts, I did not had to continuously seek new properties as theirs are actually the best in Edinburgh and I have saved money since I secured a property really fast.All these things have helped me feel less stress and actually look forward to move into my new property. Overall, I am extremely happy with D.J. Alexander especially as I have tried a few estate agents before them and they haven't responded or helped in any way with my requests.

I have been using D J Alexanders to rent out my property for years and they are first class. They inform me of any repairs needed immediately and advise me of the best way forward. My flat is never empty for long and they are amazing at finding new tenants. I have recently asked Alexander’s to sell my flat and Catherine Bruce has sold it for me in less than a week. Catherine is unbelievably professional and keeps me informed at all times. She also sold my husband’s flat in record time with excellent service. I really cannot praise Catherine highly enough.

I've been renting my property for almost 18 years and DJ Alexander have acted on behalf of my landlord since the merger of EPM and themselves. D J Alexander have been excellent. I deal with Richard Anderson a lot and I feel at ease speaking to him regarding anything. The maintenance team are excellent also. My daughter has just moved out with my granddaughter and D J Alexander secured a tenancy for her, 5 minutes away from me. Elaine showed us around and Rachael dealt with all the administrative paperwork. Both were fantastic. Since moving in there has been an issue with the boiler but due to COVID and Brexit the part is out of stock. D J Alexander arranged for 3 heaters to come which came from Argos.I highly recommend D J Alexander they give a first class service.
