GoogleAvoid Cala Homes
I'm disappointed to share my experience with Cala Homes in Scotland. Despite purchasing a home in Aberdeen six months ago, I've encountered significant issues with their customer service. Specifically, I've been attempting to have toilet-related issues addressed, but regrettably, no HELPFUL action has been taken.
As a customer, I expected better support and prompt resolution of issues.
In light of this experience, I strongly advise others to consider alternatives and avoid Cala Homes until they demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving their customer service. Very poor customer service and support.😡😡😡
