Our Journey with Gareth started last November where we put an offer in on a buy to let property. This then completely changed with us selling our existing property moving into the buy to let property whilst renovating. Then finally selling this property. In the small space of 10 months we sold two properties and bought one all with Penhill Jones! Without a shadow of a doubt Gareth made this entire process 1000% times easier and stress free! I honestly can’t recommend Gareth enough to anyone. What a genuine guy. Most estate agents are all about money but from day 1 we knew Gareth wasn’t like that. If he can save you £££ then he will. He checked in on us every week without fail which was a lot as we waited 5 months for our moving day. After having trouble with solicitors Gareth was the first to get it sorted to make sure our journey was smooth. We absolutely loved working with him and getting to know him. Theres nothing more rewarding than driving down a street and all you see is “SOLD by Penhill Jones”. What a fantastic service from a great guy. It’s safe to say that moving house is a daunting process however working with Gareth made the whole thing go as smoothly as possible. We were lucky to get to deal with Gareth for both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new. He sold ours after only 5 hours of it being on the market (FIVE HOURS!) and we managed to seal our ultimate house through him too. Where to start. It was certainly third time lucky estate agent wise for us and after a very honest appraisal of price (all you ever want when you want to sell your house), Gareth sold our property within 5 days. However at this point his true professionalism really made itself known due to us having problems finding a suitable smaller property to move into. Gareth was patient, responded to calls very quickly and above all, never lost the positivity and passion that things would all work out in the end.
