GoogleI have now sold a house and purchased a house through Signature and on both occasions they have been fantastic and I would recommend them to any one. Firstly we were viewing properties of a certain value and were intending to do work on them but Harry suggested we looked at one particular property that was above our budget but needed no work. It was 7pm on a boiling hot Wednesday evening and he was already staying late for our viewing. Needless to say we loved the property and because he went the extra mile we now have the house of our dreams. I had a tricky buyer on my property and on many occasions the chain was challenging but Lee and Craig managed the chain in a way that kept everyone informed and made the sale as smooth as possible. Seriously... go with these agents.

GoogleAfter having our house on the market with another agent from the village and no success whatsoever somebody recommended Signature Estates to us. We called them and Lee Goddard came around to see us soon followed by Harry taking fabulous pictures that really complimented our home. We agreed a very favourably rate with them (better for us than the other agent ) within a week our house was under offer and the sale went through smoothly. The service they offered did not stop at that though. The house we was purchasing needed extensive work so 3 days before move day we decided to find a short term rental property. Once again Signature Estates stepped in and found us a property in the village for a 2 month rental period In hindsight I wish we had not wasted time with the other agent and gone straight to signature.

GoogleBuying a property can be stressful to say the least. Despite a few hiccups along the way some in our control and others not we got there in the end and that's all that matters. Lee over at Signature Estates made the whole process calm as can be sorting out any issues as fast as he could. He knows his stuff. He answered my calls outside of working hours which reassured us at all times! Highly recommend!

GoogleWe purchased a property through Signature Estates. The sale was agreed in February, but then global pandemic hit, causing huge issues on every front. Throughout the process Christine from Signature Estates regularly communicated with us, negotiated with the vendor and ultimately after 6 months delay caused by our buyer loosing job, mortgage expiring, banks being very slow during lock-down and other issues we have completed at the end of September. Very professional and effective communication throughout .

An agent this professional deserves a special thank you so I wrote a little poem to show how much they deserve our thanks. Signature Estates, always on time, never are they late They take all of the stress away and that truly is great A dedicated team always on hand Their marketing is a credit to their brand If you want to move home, there is only one place to go, Signature Estates Early or late, they’re always there to accommodate Don’t be afraid to give them a call I guarantee you they will give you their all!

GoogleI cannot thank signature estates highly enough, the service was 10/10 from the point of valuing my home, through to the viewings and all the way through to the end when we finally completed. Communication as well is something that I could not fault, Lewis their marketing manager was amazing, he took the photos and created an amazing advert for us as well as always being on call if we were feeling stressed and needed someone to reassure us! The sales team were never too busy to help if we called, they vetted every buyer and had our house under offer in just 7 viewings! TOP WORK GUYS!!! Will definitely recommend signature estates!!!!

GoogleDisappointing service from them with agents seeming Ill informed of the local market and lacked general knowledge of house construction methods. They seem to undervalue properties in order to secure quick easy sales. There are definitely better options in the local area and I won’t be using them again.

Dear Adam, Thank you for your review. It is disappointing that you feel this way as your property was on the market with three other agents prior to it being on with us, at a higher price, all of whom failed to secure you a buyer. Your property was on the market from April 2018 to October 2018 at prices from £315,000 to £300,000. In February 2019 we advised you to market the property at £275,000 and after conducting 30 viewings, we secured you a buyer at £270,000. You did not have to instruct us to market the property at this price and neither did you have to accept the offer. At no point did you express your dis-satisfaction about the price. We gave you the correct advice and sourced you a buyer who completed in good time. We are sorry you feel the way you do.

GoogleGreat service received from Harry. We had sold our house and were looking for houses that were coming on the market. He kept in contact with us over a number of weeks telling us about new houses that Signature were taking on and arranging viewings for us and although we didn’t end up buying through Signature, we were really impressed with his commitment to helping us find a house.

GoogleI would not recommend using Signature letting services. Our property was fully managed, however no checks or inspections carried out at all. Tenants moved out and no check out inspection. Poor communication.

In all my dealings with them, they were very approachable, knowledgeable and professional and they gave me helpful advice along the way. The sale of my property went through much faster than I could have imagined! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future and I wish them every success in Abbots Langley.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Did not show up on multiple visits and after having cancelled my reservation due to them not being forthcoming with details on the specifications and misrepresenting the builder's size and tenure. It's been 6 months and they haven't returned the "refundable" reservation fee of 500£ despite our legal contract.
