The Property Centre have been in touch and advised me that there will be no charge as they work on a no sale no charge basis so I am increasing there rating a little for that reason.

Leon at the Tuffley branch and Alex at the Abbeymead branch have both been superb when dealing with all our queries. They've gone above and beyond to provide us with all the information & help us explore different options along the way. Highly recommended!

No I wouldn’t recommend at the final stage of a move and haven’t heard from anyone for over 3 weeks now, even if it was just a call for a little reassurance through this difficult time, completely unprofessional.
