After doing months of research I chose TPC, ( Quedegley) I was recommended to TPC after they did a fab job with our friends sales. Noting was too much trouble, Never pushy or rude, unlike other Agents, They went way beyond the call of duty for me on several occasions and I was massively impressed. Thank you James , Mark , And the ladies, One very happy customer

Our experience wasn’t good

Our experience wasn’t good. We were taken in by the sales pitch and promise of an excellent service. Once the contract was signed the problems started. The virtual tour was published without our approval, the photos weren’t great and the description was copied from another property. We sold quickly, but the buyers dropped out after dragging their heels. We couldn’t get any information from our sales progressor, and when we complained about the poor communication we were told the sale had fallen through. They didn’t really seem interested in selling our house after that. When we decided to change agents they forewent the 4 weeks notice period and released us immediately and unceremoniously shoved our keys back through our door.

Avoid at all cost!

Avoid at all cost! We ended changing agents due to appalling process. During the evaluation process they said they could sold for 15k more than anyone else. When they came back to sign the contract one week later they dropped the price 15k which was extremelly dissapointing. We actually agreed on a 5K drop only. When they took the pictures we were very specific about not publishing the garage one because it was a mess. In theory they took it for measuring purposes. Guess what? It was published! We sold very quickly but communication stopped. 10 days before exchange I sent an email asking for information about buyers mortgage situation and survey. Someone different sent an email inmediately saying buyers have dropped out, no other explanation given. From there onwards, they only brought people that clearly have been convinced with no real interest in the house. Agents showing the house were constantly late (in one occassion 10 minutes late!). They even left some lights on after one of the visits. We have pets so we were very specific also about not closing doors but we found several of them closed after single visit. 0 interest in selling the house. In the end, we lost the house we have bought and we had to change agents.

DISAPPOINTING

Richard Refused to let a property because they said it was a dirty trade but then accepts another company who’s also a dirty trade. Exactly the same business as ours. Avoid this company! They are completely incompetent and accept anyone when it suits them. AVOID.

Sharea and Dawn are amazing…

I started the house hunting journey with the Property Centre and it all ended with them. Got the best experience always, from Viewing ideal properties and updates on new on the Market properties and Sharea Mckay helped me a lot in this aspect. When my Offer got accepted Dawn took over and updated me all the time on the progression of the Purchase. I highly recommend the Property Centre.

1 star no start from me

1 star no start from me. The agents are bullies that use threatening behaviours. No repair for 3 years!! Evicted for no reason other then the landlord sadly passed way. They make you evict your own family and then subsequently fall in to rent the arrears as I became the only tenant from there ill advice.Rats & mice 5 years nothing done about it they ruined my 2.5 K settee.Damp from leaks three years nothing done about it resulted in me having respiratory symptoms!! The wall fell down so I moved it to side of the house but apparently it’s my fault! Kitchen falling apart, had to fix it countless times apparently my fault, even though the kitchen was 20 years old. Infestation of rats and mice messing all over the carpet third-party advised not to clean Property Center charger me for that. Kitchen floor completely broken in pieces coming up cutting my toes open I throw all broken tiles into a cupboard. Apparently that’s my fault. Leaks coming through wiring from ceiling through TV wires! Never sorted.Mike the old manager was trying to meet with the landlord to address all issues but they Never even showed up leaving me to try and remove things myself now they trying to charge me for it!!Keep evidence guys as you go you’re gonna need it. They want £4,577.44p of me to close tenancy. They also put a claim in against my deposit. The list is endless. I could carry on going on listening things but I won’t, because I can’t be bothered to waste my time anymore than I already have. Disgusting agency. I will be seeing you in court!! Avoid this agency!! Also they mess up the house after you left making the front garden look bad by taking gas door off then taking a photo and blaming me. Luckily I done video and took photos as I left so I can prove that they are corrupt and creating acts of fraud against their own tenants or in my case. Ex tenants! Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoidYou’ve been warned!

I highly recommend them

As a first-time buyer, I had a pleasant experience purchasing a property with The Property Centre in Gloucester. The staff at the Quedgeley branch were very responsive during the whole process and would always reply to my queries through phone calls or emails as swiftly as possible. They made sure I was constantly kept in the loop about any progress or delay which made me less anxious as one can imagine.

Worst customer service!

Not a great lady that showed us around a property, not a very warm welcome. Had booked in viewings very close to each other so ended up pretty much being moved on so the other person could view, bearing in mind that the person after us got a very warm welcome and greeting unlike our family. Just forgot about us viewing it and went on to the next client and left us to go out the back door, worst viewing weve ever had.

Property Centre Worcester

The Property Centre were fantastic whilst buying our first home. All the staff in branch were welcoming and helpful. Faye dealt with us from start to finish and was extremely professional, easy to talk to and took the stress of buying a home away from us! Very quick to answer any questions we had and worked so hard to get exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend the Property Centre Worcester.

Always happy to help

Quick sale and a shout out to the 2 Dan's who were always on hand to assist. As ever, a pain with solicitors but all good in the end. Recommend you search for your own solicitor as I didn't even speak to mine in 4 months!!

Poppy and her team at Chuchdown Property Centre are great. They've sold our house several times whilst we were desperately trying to find one to buy. They have been endlessly cheerful and positive, even though we must have driven them crazy at times. Hopefully we've found the place now -fingers crossed!!

Charlotte Madden Horrible

I dealt with a Charlotte Madden and she's highly unprofessional! she gave me a that for a viewing i provided all my details and called and emailed for 4 days consistently and she never responded. One time I called someone answered and hung up on me. Based on these reviews I do not recommend them. She didn't even have the courtesy to get back to me on the day to cancel.

Completely useless sales progression team

Completely useless, absolutely shocking. They lure you in with a competitive price to sell your property, then when you're in with there sales team your move will die an agonisingly slow death. I used the Property center once before last year, in that attempted I had offers accepted in June and the sale dragged on until November, before unfortunately collapsing. I thought then that 6 months was a joke how long the property centers sales team took, however I foolishly stuck with them. On my second attempt I sold, and had my offer accepted in January, and at the time was told by the sales progression team this would be a quick move with almost no chain. A beautiful lie. it has now been 8 months, and there is still no end in sight for me. For the love of god, avoid the property centre or your purchase will be lost in purgatory forever.

Very dishonest agency that do not keep promises

Honestly speaking, the property centre contacted me and promised to have an online video of a flat located at The registry sent to my mailbox on Tuesday (19 Jul). However, there was no response from them afterwards until today (21/7), I called the centre again. The centre coordinator (Grace / Sophie, as the phone reception was very poor). She said the colleague that was in-charge of my case was not available (Mr. Mac Patel), but she could definitely send the video and booking form to me today before day end. However, still, no email response from the centre. Then I re-checked the flat advertisment online, it was already removed by the centre. All I would like to say is that, be HONEST to your clients, about what are available and what are no longer available for them. This is called - professionalism.

Can’t fault this agent

Can’t fault this agent. Property centre assisted me with the purchase of mine and my brothers first home. Will definitely be going back to the Worcester and St John’s property centre in the future as found I them trustworthy and reliable. Their communication was great throughout and nothing too much trouble. Buying and selling doesn’t have to be stressful when you have a great agent 😀 Thanks again all

Horrid experience

This was the property centre in Worcester. We were in the process of looking for houses/flat with the property centre. The agent - Jamie we had a viewing with one of the days, was absolutely so rude, we we had said that we were stuck in traffic and going to be 10 minutes late. He asked us for specifics, and started interrogating us down the phone. I believe that we are all adults, and that I didn't need to be interrogated. We had apologised for being late, but then he continued to be horrid. We will no longer be continuing our search for house through the property centre.
