I didn't have any experience of selling a house by auction and was a bit unsure. I bought my property through iamsoldni in 2021 and the process, from a buyers perspective, was fantastic. Straightforward and quick. Fast forward to October 2023 and I decided to sell my home- of course, I went back to iamsold and had another fabulous experience. Debbie is a legend, she is responsive, direct and also friendly & professional. I don't think I would ever sell my house using conventional methods, all that time wasted on stress and 'unknowns' is completely removed using an auction because once the offer is accepted, and the contract is signed its just 28 days until completion. Thanks to I Am Sold NI for achieving the main objective of selling our home. After previous sales falling through, through no fault of our own this process seemed to be more suitable for us. It's almost back to front from the usual selling process - the buyers have all legal documents retaining to the house at the very beginning to liase with their solicitors, iron out any queries, all up front, if happy, they then disclose a deposit/reservation fee, giving the buyer and ourselves as sellers the added security that things cannot fall through. Our turnaround was 28 days as well which was perfect. Debbie kept us up-to-date throughout this with any questions/queries we had. Would highly recommend. Thank you again Debbie and all at I Am SoldNi!!! You guys were brillant!

Great quick way to buy a house, even with applying for a Mortgage…they were welcoming of buying before auction date, and I had to buy with a mortgage. Don’t be put off by “auction”, you don’t have to be a cash buyer. But you do need to pay their selling fees, so work it into your budget.

Bought and sold a property through I Am Sold. Buying a property worked very well. Costs of £2400 on top is a negative for the buyer but I got a good property at a good price so it was worth it. Sold a property through IAmSold and although I sold it myself I still had to pay the fee but to be fair they had done advertising and viewing and we came to an agreement but still selling any property will have fees so all in all not too bad. Would I use them again- absolutely if I am looking to sell or buy a property if the deal is right.

We used iamsold when purchasing an auction property and dealt with the specialist, Meena Kapur. Not only did she keep is appraised of the process, she went above and beyond with all communications and support. The purchase was rather complex due to the sellers circumstances, however Meena reassured us at every step. I would recommend using thiw company in the future.
