GoogleBrendan and the team were outstanding from start to finish. They managed to secure a higher sale price than I expected and were always professional, responsive, and available for any questions I had. They explained every step of the process clearly and kept me fully in the loop throughout. Brendan even helped at the beginning by recommending trusted tradesmen and offering guidance on getting the house market-ready. I couldn’t recommend them more, a fantastic service all around.

GoogleI asked to view a property that was re-listed / re-advertised on property pal the same day I asked for a viewing. I was told no as an offer was with the Receiver. I said I'd like to make an offer and asked what the offer was on the table as mines might be higher. I was told no the property isn't available. If there isn't a signed contract or an agreed sale, I would assume the Receiver would want to know any further offers, surely it is their duty to obtain the highest price for their client? Happened to my partner also previously with DNG for another property too. There was no closing date stated on the ad, the property was advertised previously before this and was clearly relisted for whatever reason, it also clearly stated "relisted" on Property Pal. The property was freshly advertised when I sought a viewing / asked to put in an offer.
Hi Stacey, Thank you for explaining your ratinng. Unfortunately however if a closing date has passed and an offer has been accepted a property is sale agreed, we cannot then re-enter offers after a closing date has passed, as if this was a case, properties would not close. Proof of funds is also required for all receiver sales. Receiver properties usually only stay on the market for 4-6 weeks as there is usually very high interest. Listings get refreshed daily by the websites, this is not relisting. We would recommend setting alerts on websites to ensure you dont miss out again. We also do not relist onto PropertyPal, they refresh automatically daily for all adverts. This review is changing weekly, as such it is very difficult to reply to the changing storyline. We would appreciate if you contacted us directly so we can discuss the property.

GoogleHad a agent who was supposed to value my house. He took loads of photos on his phone without us stating we would be using the company. Then said he would need to show them to office staff before we could have a figure??? It has now been 3 weeks, no communication from him. Phoned the office to ask what was happening to be told the agent is on holiday and they can't help....

FacebookAgreed on sale with an Apt in bracken view CASTLEKNOCK , we shook hands with DNG DIRECTOR who was in charge on the sale , the sale was agreed I gave my solicitors details , after 2 days the DNG DIRECTOR emails back to say that the sale was declined with my offer , wish was agreed and shook hands …. AVOID DNG CASTLEKNOCK. Keep your local state AGENT that are around over 40 years . Don’t recommend DNG CASTLEKNOCK. Liars and ripping people off .

GoogleI dealt with Henry, Kevin and Sinead in DNG and I found them to be extremely helpful and considerate. The process of house hunting can be daunting but they were so genuine and nice to deal with. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend DNG to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

GoogleTerrible unprofessional service.. first this crowd demanded the Mica test and after many emails and letting them know I had the test done they turned around and for no reason whatsoever said they would not be selling my house...don't waste your time with these wasters.
