The next day they had 3 viewings booked in for the following week and the very next morning post viewing we had a lovely family sign the contract. Effortless and could not recommend Reid Rentals highly enough.

Facebookprovisional, frendly & high service from Teresa carried out from start to finish we asked for help to get house as been waiting months on end to find somewere then as I thought it's never happening both of us about give up we got word back from Teresa she came throgh to say we got house not to mention its amazing all in all i would highly recommend reid rentals ni Ltd by far the best around

Dear Mr Scullion We would like to take this opportunity to respond to this so called review, but we see it clearly for what it is...a man who couldn't get his own way so has lowered himself to making outrageous statements. You contacted us to complain our contractors were tossing cigarette butt's outside and we spoke to the foreman immediately, who in turn rapped your door to clear the matter up ( which you didn't answer despite being there ) and explained that NONE of the men smoke and perhaps you saw them vapping and given the front of the house is open aspect with no wind barrier or gardens these where carried by the wind. Fast forward many many months later and you contacted us demanding our landlord provide you with funds for work you carried out without speaking to anyone before hand and provided us with pictures ot a piece of wire attached to the fence, these pictures clearly showed the entire fence was rotting and there was no proof the tenant placed the wire there. Infact we discovered at that stage you had entered the property illegally to take the picture leaving our tenants very worried about their personal security. You then made a false report the grass and trees were not being cut and I personally attended the property within 15 mins of your email and photographed said areas to again discover you were incorrect. Not only was the tenants grass neat and tidy in their own rear and side garden but they had also cut the communal grass to the front. As for the trees they belonged to we presume NIHE or Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council and are not even in the grounds of the property. When you were told the tenants were not in breach of their tenancy and therefore no action would be taken you referred the matter to a local Councillor. They were advised of the facts and we advised if this continued we would have no choice but to refer to PSNI for harassment of our tenants. Quite frankly we expected some sort of malious response from you via this or other platforms, which is why we retained all the emails and photographs and we are quite happy to show these if needs be. As for your parting statement, I suspect the people you are referring to are the reason the contractors had to spend an extended length of time returning the place to a suitable condition for letting. We have emailed you directly and look forward to your response. However we now see you have removed your original review and consider the matter closed but we've a screen shot of the original post you made 1 month ago, again for future use if needs be and curious how you can now elaborate on how we are unprofessional ?
