GoogleHighly recommend Key Lets, we rented our first home with key lets and everything was seamless and Kyle was always on hand to any problems we had which were few. Very professional and easy to work with, really appreciate everything we have loved our time at our first home!

GoogleLeased a student house with my friends for my second year of university. Anything we needed was a simple WhatsApp message away from being sorted right away! Kyle was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you’re a student :)

GoogleIt's an awesome place to stay here. This is my first place to stay in the UK. Accommodation is really good, neat, good WIFI and everything is available here. I stayed here for 3 months I am pretty much satisfied and happy with the room. Unfortunately due to some family requirement, I am shifting from this place. New comers, please take help of them to get a room and for sure you also feel like perfectly fine here.

GoogleVery unprofessional, called to the address listed on the website. We were met by an unlisted shared flat, so we phoned to be told that the office wasn't real by a very unpleasant man. Don't waste your money or time, go somewhere else. Not the kind of service you would expect when renting a house at £800 pcm.

GoogleI've been a tenant for almost a year, and Kyle is always very responsive and takes the necessary steps very quickly whenever there's a problem. Communication is excellent, as is his work. It's a real pleasure to be a tenant with this agency!

GoogleI enquired about a property- TWICE- and instead of a response, I found out MYSELF by looking on their website and property pal that the property had been taken off. Like seriously would it have killed someone to take 2 minutes to write a quick email saying that it was no longer available??? Unbelievable.

Googleno point in having telecommunications when a carrier pigeon would've been faster. left us hanging for over a week only to inform us the property was gone!
