FacebookCait is absolutely brilliant, we had the most smooth and stress free remortgage, it was made easy, it was efficient and happened far quicker than we thought it would - which given everything that’s going with mortgages etc, its is nothing short of spectacular. We were given clear instructions on what we needed to provide, had lots of options for the mortgage to choose from and had all questions answered fully and quickly. If you need a mortgage or remortgage I’d highly recommend Cait.

GoogleI have been dealing with Connor O’Neill in CPS in the Armagh branch and he was honestly fantastic. Connor went above and beyond with helping myself and my husband secure our first home after months of searching. When viewing properties he was able to tell us exactly what we needed to know and was always on the other end of the phone with any questions we had. I will definitely be recommending Connor as well as CPS to anyone looking to buy a house or selling a house. Many thanks again Connor! 😊

GoogleExcellent Service Throughout CPS handled both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new property, and we were delighted with the service we received. We worked primarily with Conor and Shane, who were both very knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process straightforward. Art, the owner, was also extremely helpful whenever we needed him. The team's communication was excellent, they kept us informed at every stage and were always available when we had questions. What impressed us most was their practical expertise and genuine commitment to getting things done efficiently. They took the stress out of what can be a complicated process and made sure everything ran smoothly. We'd certainly recommend CPS to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

TrustpilotVery poor experience
Very poor experience. We were misled about a property and the vendor’s readiness to proceed, which led to wasted time, stress, and over £2,000 in wasted costs. Major issues that they knew / should have known about, such as an unadopted road with ownership issues, and property service charges weren't disclosed. Communication from them was rude and aggressive, and even basic requests (like written terms for a holding deposit) were refused. I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency.

GoogleCPS were recommended me as a first time buyer. We weren’t sure on our options at first, but Conor Oneill was very understanding and managed the end to end process for us. The house admittingly needed a bit of an update. With his past … More
