I would highly recommend Watters Property Sales after my recent experience with them. Stephen was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had on the property and was also very accommodating with viewings, working around my schedule as much as possible. Communication was excellent & I felt well informed at every stage of the process. Ashleigh was also great to deal with & gave great guidance. The whole process, I felt, was very efficient. So, thank you, Stephen & team!

Stephen and his excellent team handled the sale of my 'buy to let' property recently. They arranged contractors to do a complete deep clean of the entire premises when vacated and advertised the sale professionally to achieve a quick sale. Stephen kept in constant touch regarding the progress of the sale and bidding updates. His phone is always answered promptly, problems are quickly resolved and his advice can always be trusted to be sound. His fee was competitive and fair, Watters did all the paperwork leaving me with absolutely nothing to do. I was a 'remote' client living 100 miles away; handing all the work over to Stephen's team was a godsend to me and I am glad I chose Watters Property Sales

My partner and I used the help of Watters property sales to purchase our first home in December. We first dealt with Ashley who helped us book a viewing to visit the house-she was great to communicate with and fast to respond to any questions we had. We then met Stephan who took us around the property. He was friendly, able to inform us with lots of information about the property and kept the ball rolling with solicitors to get our house as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend!

I would recommend Watters Property sales 100% to anyone who wishes to sell their house. We had top class service, excellent marketing and Stephen was totally accommodating of our requirements and requests. House sold before he even had time to get the sign up! This guy knows the trade intimately and is a pleasure to work with.

Watters Property Sales recently sold a property for me. It had been on the market with another agent for a long time, within weeks Stephen had a sale finalised, the price achieved was fantastic and all finalised in a good time frame. Communication & transparency was second to none. If you are looking to sell your property in a timely manner..... look no further. Highly recommend Stephen & Company 💯

We have always found Stephen Watters to be conscientious, reliable and helpful. His ability to take excellent photographs which show off a property to its best advantage helped greatly to get the highest price for our home. Such beautiful pictures certainly get potential buyers through the door! And Ashleigh Wilson is an admirable office manager, always willing to help and smoothe the path when queries arise. We would strongly recommend the Watters Property Sales team to everyone. John and Rosemary McGoldrick, formerly Ballinamallard.

Carole was a joy to view with. She gave me plenty of time to look around the property and it was no problem when I asked to view again on two occasions. She gave me all the information I needed. I never felt pressured and didn't have to listen to a lot of unnecessary 'sales' patter. Carole, you are an asset to Watters Property Sales. Thank you.
