He has been extremely helpful throughout and always answers his phone which is a bonus. Some estate agents take days to respond but not dickson and rice! It has been a pleasure dealing with James. I would recommend to anyone looking a honest, reliable and trustworthy estate agent!!

GoogleBig thank you to the team at Dickson Rice Estate Agents. I can confidently recommend this company especially James, extremely polite and professional. The property was marketed using a professional photographer which showed it in its best light. James also showed prospective buyers around and gave useful feedback following each viewing. He found a buyer in a few short weeks and from then he managed the sale. Communication was excellent and I was able to text or phone outside of normal working hours. I am extremely pleased with the service provided and will be recommending him and the company to friends and family.

The owner James is a extremely arrogant male chauvinist, with not a caring, sympathetic or compassionate bone in his body!
I deal with many companies, but this Business is the worst I have ever come across!
Being a small business you would think customer service would be a priority, but instead they are completely money motivated and have no idea how to run a business professionally.
Keep away! Don't give them your business or hard earned money! And most importantly NEVER give them your property as they will happily give you false promises and leave your property in a state! DIRTY & mouldy!
This shower of incompetent Ejits don't care about anything other than getting your money.

properties they are selling, realising that there are people behind every bricks and mortar sale. James’s working hours do not reflect his listed office hours, he is always at the end of the phone 7 days a week and if he can’t take your call will ring you back immediately. James’s advice is excellent and he always discusses your concerns and worries at all stages of your sale and will even help you with concerns/advice around your onward purchase, contacting other estate agents on your behalf if necessary. James goes over and beyond what is required and we could not recommend him highly enough. The small team ensure that you get personal service at all times.

However - when I spoke with James about one of his properties, he advised me against the area, and went on to spend a huge amount of time directing me on where would and wouldn’t be suitable for me and my partner to set up - we eventually bought and are very happy, all with James’ help and support
I honestly can’t begin to say how invaluable his advise was, and how surprised I was that he’d go out of his way to help a person who wasn’t his client
If all estate agents were as honest and valued long term happiness as James and his amazing team - the world would be a much better place

GoogleWe are trying to view a house that Dickson Rice has up for sale. We are trying our best to try to get to view it, but there are so many reasons as to why he can't do it. Staff sickness, him getting out of bed in the morning. I'm appalled at the way he treats prospective buyers on behalf of his clients, I can't imagine what lies he's telling his clients as to why their property isn't selling very quickly. Clients should try to get a viewing of their own properties just to test him, talk about money for old rope, although he won't even give you the rope. This is so like many appalling working practises of estate agents. The man doesn't have a clue.

GoogleHave not been impressed with Dickson Rice. They do not inspect houses before renting them. The house is filthy and in bad state of repair and a disgrace for both landlady and estate agents to let. Rent not even cheap!
How dare they think so little if this new tennant to expect them to live in such conditions.
Part of a cardboard box replaces kickboard in kitchen. Carpets stained and dirty beds that came with the house. Are they kidding!!!!!
This house needs to be painted and cleaned in order to make it a home for two precious friends.
Do not be selfish or greedy. Fix this up!
Taking it further through legal route if I have to in order for them to make it liveable.
