GoogleReceived a call for a property survey after new tenants complain of Pest related issues in their rented accommodation. TMS management provided full support in the form of temporarily rehoming whilst fumigation treatments were carried out after the previous tenants left a few unwanted pests. ABM Pest control will certainly be happy to look after all TMS properties with their professional attitude towards small businesses and prospective new tenants.

I am a landlord with several properties. Since moving them over to TMS a couple of years ago, it has proved to be one of the best property decisions I have made. I struggled with other agents in Derby especially the larger corporate ones. With TMS voids are very low, maintenance and repairs are carried out quickly and cost efficiently. This has freed up a lot of time for me and certainly made life easier. When I speak to tenants they also give me good feedback too about TMS.

Thank you for the feedback provided, it’s a shame it’s taken since February 2017 for you to voice your concerns about the service received. I am some what surprised by the comments made especially as we aided with a difficult vermin issue at the property towards the end of your tenure. However to counter the claims described about TMS; you accepted responsibility to damages caused at the property, where as your deposit was registered with one of the three Government affiliated deposit schemes, we required your agreement and written authority to deduct any monies from the deposit held so It’s difficult to ascertain how any scam took place.
