GoogleI used Independent for a sale in the last few months. They had sold another apt in my building very quickly so I went to them as a first choice. I didn’t look past them after our first meeting. Both Zach and Michael where excellent, open and honest with me about what I could expect in terms of market value and on how they would go about getting me that. Due to his knowledge of the market and prospective purchasers in the area, Zach was able to get my property agreed, at asking, to a perfect purchaser within days of being listed. He had arranged a great photographer who also did a walk through video to market the property to its very best. Zach also stepped in to chat with some vending estate agents on a number of properties and helped me get my home within budget and with minimal stress on our side. I also used Independent for my mortgage and Life cover and both where sorted out with the minimum of hassle and as with the house sale, Zach and Michael where frank and honest with me at all times. Throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble and I feel that I got a truely premium selling service. I don’t plan on moving any time soon, but will definitely be selling with this company again and would always recommend hearing what these guys have to say before speaking to another estate agent.

Certainly i would use them again, and again, as is my intention. Went above and beyond to make himself available to handle a very quickly evolving situation and ensured that all parties in the chain were informed and did not proceed without our express permission. Also, very impressed with the teams IPEA use for photo and videography. Would highly recommend.

GoogleOutstanding and live up to pledge 'every client is our only client'. Zach helped us move during the first Covid lockdown and was there for us 24-7. A real joy to deal with true professionals who are as good as their word. Again, surprised but delighted at the sheer effort they put in to ensure our move was completed successfully despite the restrictions and difficulties of the time. By far the best we've come across, no question. Top class!!!!

GoogleI recently used Independent for a sale and was impressed by their service, they came across as more professional and with better ideas than the other agents I had approached, and I also believe they obtained a better sale price for me than the others may have achieved. I then recommended them to a friend who was having no luck with another agent and they got it sold for him soon after. Would certainly use again.

Independent done ALL the hard work by sorting our Mortgage our house and life insurance at an amazing price. Best thing we have done. Thank you all at Independent for everything.

GoogleWent sale agreed on a house 24th June. They didn't even give me the memorandum of sale or make any contact to my solictors until the 16th of July. I had to ring 2 times to get the memorandum of sale. The 2nd time it was then emailed to me. Do not use this estate agents if they are that unprofessional.NegativeProfessionalism
