E10 Homes was named a Trusted Agent 2026 Trusted Agent winner on 7 July 2026.

The Trusted Agent 2026 winners were revealed at ICC Newport on 7 July 2026, after a benchmark of more than 20,000 UK estate agent offices on performance data (how well agents sell and let homes in their area and other key factors like time to sell and fall-throughs) and customer-satisfaction data (reviews on platforms like Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Feefo). E10 Homes was one of them.

Trusted Agent winners stand out on customer service

The customer-satisfaction side of the Trusted Agent score draws on reviews across Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Feefo. Offices reaching Trusted Agent status have built a track record of service that their own customers are willing to publicly vouch for.

The largest tier in the programme, still only the top 10%

Trusted Agent is the biggest of the three tiers at 964 offices, but it is still a small slice of the more than 20,000 UK estate agent offices assessed. Every office on the list, regardless of tier, sits in the top 10% nationally.

Trusted Agent status covers the top 10% nationally

Trusted Agent status combined with Gold and Platinum puts the full winners' list in the top 10% of more than 20,000 UK estate agent offices benchmarked on performance and customer satisfaction.

Fast, consistent replies help drive Trusted Agent status

Reply rate to customer reviews is tracked as part of the Trusted Agent benchmark. Offices with high, consistent reply rates tend to score well against the national average, and that responsiveness is a large part of what earns Trusted Agent recognition.

Trusted Agent status is data-led, not paid-for

Trusted Agent, like Gold and Platinum, comes purely from performance data and independent review data. No agent enters, no agent pays, and no agent is judged by a panel. The data across more than 20,000 offices decides the list.

How Trusted Agent is scored

Trusted Agent is powered by ViewAgents, a company that specialises in benchmarking estate agent performance across the UK.

Each office is scored on a combination of performance data — how well agents sell and let homes in their area and other key factors like time to sell and fall-throughs — and customer satisfaction, based on reviews on platforms like Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Feefo, across the 20,000+ UK estate agent offices on the platform.

Offices are ranked into three tiers. Platinum is the top 2% of UK estate agents. Gold extends the group to the top 5%. Trusted Agent extends it to the top 10% overall. No fees. No entries. No submissions. Just data.

E10 Homes placed in the Trusted Agent tier nationally.
