The Trusted AgentVery reliable throughout the process Flexible on arranging viewings quickly, responsive throughout the process and went without a hitch. Only gripe is the monthly ground rate wasn't quoted along with the service charge (residential home property purchase) although to be fair, this could have been the seller's oversight.
