GoogleThe buying process with Lucie and her team at Wisharts was absolutely excellent. From the first viewing to completion, the service was faultless. In today’s market, completing in just 4 weeks and 6 days feels almost unheard of, and I truly couldn’t have done it without them. Their expertise, guidance, and recommended solicitors made all the difference, along with a motivated seller. A huge thank you to the entire team at Wisharts. I can’t wait to settle into my new home!

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Lucie and her team at Wisharts. I first came across her when my parents moved to York and they bought a property which was being marketed by Lucie. I found her extremely pleasant and helpful to deal with and she made every effort to ensure the transaction progressed as quickly as possible. Moving forward ten years to when we came to sell the house I had the same positive experience and I would and do recommend Lucie to everyone who is considering selling their property.

GoogleThe service from Wishart from start to finish was second to none! Efficient, courteous, informative, supportive, knowledgeable, friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, twenty questions were always answered, nothing was an issue, their support when our selling agent was proving less than useless was gratefully received and without it the process would have taken significantly longer. Every member of the team that we dealt with had the same fantastic customer service standard. Would highly recommend and if I need to sell they would be my first choice Whilst all the team were great Alison really stood out and went over and above to see that the process went as smoothly as possibly. Stepping in to chase when our selling agent were seriously letting us down. Tenacious in her work to provide the best and most efficient service with successful out comes. She was supportive, honest and nothing was too much trouble. It is without a doubt that without her it would have been significantly more stressful. Thank you Alison, your help and support was hugely appreciated.

GoogleI would highly recommend Lucie and her team at Wishart Estate Agents. From start to finish Lucie was the ultimate professional and went out of her way to make sure my house was sold quickly. She made the whole process stress free, arranging all the viewings and open days. I had been on the market for nearly 2 years with 2 other estate agents...Lucie sold my house within 6 weeks. My experience with other agents is that they don't care....Lucie and her team do, which sets them apart from everyone else. If you are looking for an agent do not hesitate to use Wisharts, they really are a step above the rest.

She gave us the right advice on how to make our property more appealing and all her expert advice worked! She not only managed to sell our property but also she found us our amazing family home and we are so grateful. She saw through every step of the way and made everything hassle free. GoogleWe previously used other Estate Agents in the area, but we were recommended Wisharts by some friends who couldn't speak highly enough of them. We were not disappointed. They were everything you'd want an estate agency to be, which is completely different to all other estate agents we have used. We felt like we were their most important customer, they did exactly what we'd expect as a customer from our estate agent, their price was very competitive and their service was premium! So, just like our friends.... we also cannot speak highly enough of them! Thank you again Lucie & Christine!

GoogleHaving moved previously on three occasions, being updated regularly and professionally is a must, Lucie and her team were exceptional on both of these counts. We sold a property in the Centre of York and had a few complications in the chain which were out of our control ... Wisharts dealt with this very professionally and help complete the sale asap .... 5* :-)

The personal, caring nature of their very special agency reassured me throughout and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The beautiful photos Lucie and Christine oversaw definitely helped us to sell my home in 12 days...they understand the market so well and gave brilliant advice at every stage. I'm obsessed by attention to detail and can honestly say that if I ran an estate agency I could only dream of it being as good as Wisharts. They might be small now, but this ensures a quality of service that can't be matched by the bigger agencies. Fabulous - I have no hesitation recommending them!

Nothing was too much trouble, she was with us every step of the way. And the 'welcome to your new home card, and little gift, was just the icing on the cake. FacebookExcellent from start to finish. We bought and sold for the first time through Wishart and everyone was beyond brilliant. Buying and selling in the middle of the pandemic was a strange and worrying thing but we were assured all throughout as the new information kept coming through. The service they provide at Wishart is second to none. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend using Wishart, and if/when we buy and sell in the future, we will be returning to Wishart. Thank you.

GoogleWishart Estate Agents are highly recommended. They offer an outstanding service that I have not experienced with other estate agents. My husband and I were really impressed with the price, quality of service, high class advertising and marketing materials, how we were given weekly updates on how the viewings and second viewings were progressing, the speed at which an offer was made that was acceptable and how Lucie and Paige negotiated this for us to ensure we got the best price for our house. At no point did we feel like a number in a sales based target. Alison the sales progressor was brilliant and kept us regularly updated on how the sale was progressing and even helped with communicating with solicitors to speed up exchange and completion. We would never use a different agent and can only hope to also buy a house being advertised by WEA. Well done WEA for standing out amongst the rest and changing the perception of estate agency for the better.

The photos of our property were first class and helped to get over 20 viewings within 24 hours. Due to the expertise and efficiency of Wishart's, our house sold within days of going on the market. We were kept regularly informed at all stages of the selling process and they even chased the solicitors and estate agents at both ends of the chain to ensure things were moving.
