GoogleLocation, support and warm welcome - perfect for a day visit in their private meeting space - spacious, refreshments, and lots of places locally to visit to rewind post intensive strategy day. Shout out to Jessica - thanks for being so lovely - i booked the wrong day! - very responsive, kind and helpful, we will be back!

GoogleI spent a month working here while traveling with my family and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is fantastic, the team gave me such a warm welcome, and they were always accommodating to my needs. The space itself is comfortable, inspiring, and has a great vibe that made it easy to focus and enjoy my workdays. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a coworking space that combines professionalism with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Shawn, it was an absolute pleasure. It felt like you had been with us so much longer than that - there is now a Shawn-shaped hole in the coworking room! Enjoy your travels and hopefully see you again in the future!

GoogleGreat co-working space in downtown York! Manager Jess was super friendly, responsive, and accommodating with my last-minute needs. I was looking for a quiet place to take a few important calls. Blake House is usually fully booked, but their one drop-in spot was available. The day rate was affordable and included a free hour in the private meeting room, high-speed Internet, a full kitchen, and access to a copier. I ended up spending the whole afternoon there. GoogleUsed a room at Blake House for a work function. It's a lovely building amazingly located in the centre of York. Most importantly, we were looked after really well throughout the day. Would recommend.

GoogleUnlike the obvious fake reviews under the names of Claire Brown and Dave Martin I am a genuine tenant of Blake House. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. There is a significant lack of quality office space in York, especially co-working and hot desking. These guys are miles better than the rest, they go the extra mile, security is good, never had any problems, the internet is fast (100 meg up and down - you can opt for faster private packages if you want), Katie and Wendy know all their tennants by name and they are always arranging networking events and social gatherings, Katie especially always goes the extra mile to look after everyone. I think the bulk of the reviews on here being 5 stars tells the real story! If you can get a desk or office in here you are lucky!

GoogleReally pleased with our choice of Blake House as our virtual office. We love visiting the offices, having a chat with the office team when we collect our post, hiring the meeting room or using the coworking spaces - plus their seasonal meet-ups are a great way to meet other local business people. We also took some fantastic brand photography at the offices. Great value, wonderful address and beautiful offices.

GoogleBlake House is a fantastic facility for the self employed or small business offering small offices, desks or virtual addresses. I use a virtual address but use their beautiful meeting space to meet clients which is bookable by an easy to use online system. The central York location makes it super convenient. Highly recommended!

GoogleExcellent service and a great place to work. The one star reviews seem to be from Google accounts solely created to place negative reviews here. Reviews posted just after the accounts were created and the accounts haven't placed reviews anywhere else. I've had absolutely no issues with the lovely staff at Blake House. Katie and Wendy are always extremely professional. They go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

GoogleIt was lovely having office space at the Blake House. We had offices in the Blake House on Blake Street first and then on St Martin's Lane ( as we needed bigger space) and both had been great. Met lovely people, enjoyed the office banter during the breaks. Never had any problems with internet or post! All worked absolutely fine. Really recommend it!

GoogleI would LOVE an office here one day. It just leaves me in awe how beautiful and desirable it is. There's even a bathroom and kitchen on the top floor. My jaw dropped when I saw it - it's motivation to work harder and aim to have an office here if not just for the bathroom and kitchen on the top floor.

GoogleI’ve never been lucky enough to be a tenant here (I’m too far away) but had a tour around the place some time ago. The facilities and atmosphere are outstanding. The one star reviews are fake, from someone with a grudge against the company. Ask the actual tenants their views....
